Loved my hot yoga experience here. Teachers were awesome. Felt so good for rest of day. Only negative is heavy proselytizing. Not sure if this the general yoga experience or not. Maybe some like it. I didn’t hate it but was a bit surprised.

Traveled to Austin for a quick trip. Being an experienced CP yogi I saw a waitlisted class and jumped on that waitlist immediately. Caitlin M rocked a packed sculpt class— much needed while away from my home studio. Studio is in a sweet location and super cute.

I took the C2 class with Halle and have literally been thinking about it all week and really excited to go back. It was my first class at this studio and she was welcoming and kind and the flow was equal parts challenging yet centering.
