WORTS UTILITY EVER, MAKES YOU PAY MIN 73 DOLLARS JUST FOR HAVING A METER READY TO USE. THIS IS THE WORST WILL PUT IN A WELL BECASUE THEY ARE GAUGING THE RESIDENCE OF THE COMMUNITY.

I've read the complaints and believe I will finally give up. I have submitted a request for a meter twice during the month of December. Nothing. Learn there are 2 people in the department that deal with new meters. No direct number to that office. No responses and it sounds as though they may have actually done me a favor by ignoring me.Breaking down the cost estimates on drilling a well and the flat $77/month that would adjust over the course of time I would be using the water. Looks like the well is going to win out.

Worst water service Ive ever had the misfortune to deal with. Unfortunately they have the monopoly on water here. 2 1/2 days Jan 1-3. For no reason. Had to get outside company too fix. Now for 2nd time in a year and a half we have to boil water for a month. They dont adjust bills accordingly. Bad company to do business with. No notices sent to me at all.

Worst utility company ever. In Spicewood they were the only water utility available to our neighborhood and they know it. They raised rates multiple times in the 2 years we lived there. When we put our house on the market and moved out they still had a "base charge" of $79/month for an empty house. They are nothing short of robbing people. Beyond happy we are DONE with them for good. Stay far away!

Worst service ever. They charge $77.00 no matter what as a flat charge. We have Land that does not have a home on and we get charged this stupid $77 for extortion from A Canadian water company that is NOT LOCAL. I will be building a well now to avoid these idiots.... I say we get signatures to petition against this outrageous company.

Customer Service is non existent, rates are some of the highest for just water/sewer. Over $115 before you even use a drop of water. Been trying to get a start service with them because I have no other choice and they have yet to receive my email(twice) and faxes, apparently the dept that receives this request doesn't even have a phone number, was told to just try again.
