New employee James isn't nice and acted creepy towards female customers, always getting my items wrong and gives me attitude when I handed him $10 in cash as I had my card out to pay the rest in card, he's like "this is only $10" in a ride way....not ok at all

The single most unreliable circle K on this planet. I’ve been in the neighborhood since 2017 and I don’t think the fountain drink machine has worked more than 1 month straight without service interruptions. It’s a pain in the ass when you walk to the store and see the yellow out of order sign on the drink machine and walk back empty handed

They close very early 9 or 10? And sometimes earlier than normal for no apparent reason. The gas pumps often pump gas extremely slow…over a minute for single gallon of gas. It’s also common for only single register open with long line of customers, yet the second employee/ manager?, behind counter chooses to restock cigarettes instead of opening up a second register…worst circle k in austin

Bad, they let people buy beer without id and today I try to buy a ticket of 2 dollars and finally they ask for id and for my bad luck I didn't have my ID it's weird

Horrible Customer Service!!! The attendant would not let me 11 yo child to use the bathroom right after 10pm. The guy said: “they close bathrooms at 10pm”. Who are “they”? And why? So, I closed my gas tank! Taking my biz elsewhere!

They’re closed right now for no reason and I see employees in there. It’s 12pm on a Wednesday and they’re just closed, it’s the lunch rush and I see other people walking up to the store and being confused as to why it’s closed. I’ve lived around the corner from this store for a year and they always randomly close whenever they want. Sometimes it’s noon, sometimes 5 pm or 3 pm. You can’t rely on this store at all, worse gas station in austin, worse gas station I’ve ever been to in my life. Go to weirdos around the corner, they never randomly close. I wish I could give this place no stars at all. Trash
