Absolutely terrible experience. The gas pump screen was broken, which made it almost impossible to follow the prompts. It ended up forcing me into purchasing a car wash I didn’t want or need. When I went inside to ask for a refund, the staff had no idea how to process it and admitted they weren’t trained properly. Completely unacceptable for a business to operate like this—fix your equipment and train your employees.

This is my gas station, convent store and car wash. Not any longer! Prices of food have gone way up but mostly had it with the car wash. The dryer on it has been broke for almost a year and I’m told “they are fixing it soon”. BS! Moving on! $16 for this crappy car wash!

I paid for a $12.00 car wash and after I went thur the car wash my car was still dirty and the car wash didn't even dry my car i went back in to the store and was told I could not get a rewash as it's not there problem

They never have anything I'm looking for and after trying the coffee for the first time. . . Gross! It's water with a hint of expired coffee. I even pulled my cup away when I saw it turn CLEAR. That was for the last 8 oz, I was talking to the very unhelpful man at the counter and he suggested I probably hit 'iced coffee', which is ridiculous because it was steaming and it doesn't answer as to why iced coffee still wouldn't be coffee. He even charged me extra for the 8oz my cup was missing of WATFEE (barely coffee flavored water). Despite living across the street I'll go anywhere but here again.Especially since I have to go home and fix this I just paid extra for.??☕?

Had to turn a rental car in with full fuel tank during the ice storm & went to Circle K on Brodie. The gas tank lid was frozen shut & assumed I'd have to pay the rental company $7.99/gallon per rental contract if returned sans fuel. Before I knew it, CLEO, the assistant manager, was there with a pot of warm water to rescue me! I never even entered the store to ask for help cuz modern people have conditioned me not to engage, but here was this kind gentleman who takes so much pride in his job that he was observing & sprang into action to assist me. In a few minutes, I'm on the road w/full tank thanks to CLEO, his kindness, & strong work ethic. Thank you, CLEO.
