Many better options available and competitive on pricing in the area. If I looked for a place in south austin again, would easily avoid.

i have lived here for 4 months and Since i ve moved in here i only have had issues with my upstairs neighbor with loud noises and Management had done nothing to help me at all, they are aware that this person has GYM equipment and that's a clear violation of the rules and still Management had done nothing to help, i have had to call the police twice and i have to leave the apartment to work and also be away from the constant noise, I Brought these multiple times and the Manager just said that my only option is pay my rent, I Do not recommend living here!
UPDATE AFTER A WEEK AND AHALF
Ive called many times to the phone number provided and they never answer, plus nothing has change

Pool is in horrible condition, not to mention a possible injury risk/hazard.
Management actually closed bathroom access outside of the office operating hours so outside of 9a-5PM, if you need a bathroom or bathroom access while using the gym or Pool, you are out of luck.
Every pool user who needs to use a bathroom outside of office hours is definitely just peeing in the pool.
This is the decision making of either a lazy or incompetent office staff.

This review comes from someone that works in the industry.
I recently moved out (May 25th) to this day I have not received the final account statement. Multiple calls to the office and it’s hard to get someone to pick up. When they do answer I can feel the attitude of not wanting to answer the phone or help you. In specific the NEW Assistant Manager, I understand you’re new but learn to be congruent with your words and actions. Don’t keep playing the NEW card just because you don’t know how to help; ask someone to help you, that’s how you learn! and at the same time trying to get sales techniques on me trying to pay asap (trust me I know every trick in the book). The reason I paid the final amount (which I had to find out on my own) asap was to get this over with. I’m just asking for the final account statement or something in writing to reflect I do not owe anything anymore! I do this on a daily basis, it’s not difficult to get done.
Well deserved review. Definitely worked hard for this one

I’ve only just moved in but I just had to express how incredible the staff has all been! Gretchen and Rosa are WONDERFUL people. They genuinely care about the property and residence who live here. They have been extremely helpful and thorough with my move-in process. All my questions and concerns were answered and solved so quickly and professionally. The maintenance man (I believe his name is Charlie) is also so kind and quick with fixing even the little things. Overall the property is so beautiful and clean and I feel lucky I get to call it home :)

I usually don’t take the time to write reviews, but I genuinely felt like this one was well-deserved. I’m currently in the process of moving into Bridge at Southpark Landing at the end of April, and even though I haven’t fully moved in yet, I already feel incredibly confident and excited about this place and a big part of that is thanks to Gretchen Palm.
From day one, Gretchen has been the absolute best to work with. She’s warm, professional, and incredibly responsive. No matter how small or specific my questions were, she was always just a phone call or email away, and she responded quickly every single time. That kind of attentiveness and reliability goes a long way when you’re dealing with the stress of moving and trying to get everything in order.
What really stood out to me was how genuinely she cares. It didn’t feel like I was just another name on a lease, she made the process personal and easy, and I always felt like my concerns were being taken seriously. You can tell she takes pride in making sure residents are happy from the very start.
The complex itself is also beautiful modern finishes, clean and well-maintained grounds, and an overall peaceful atmosphere. One thing that gave me even more peace of mind is knowing that a sheriff lives on-site in the community, which adds a great sense of safety and security. That really stood out to me when weighing my options, and it’s just one more reason I feel confident in this decision.
If you’re looking for a place where the staff truly listens, takes care of you, and creates a welcoming environment from day one, I’d absolutely recommend Bridge at Southpark Landing. I’m really looking forward to calling this place home.
And thank you, Gretchen! you’ve made the entire experience smooth and stress-free

Hunter he deserves more than 5 Stars!!!
He goes above and beyond to help my family feel at home.
Gretchen we love her so much. She has such a kind heart. My 5 yr old daughter always wants to go to the office, I'm assuming it's for the juices or hot chocolate. Boy was i wrong i was to see Gretchen she ran all the way into her office to give her a hug!

My sister and I recently transferred from a 1B/1B to a 2B/2B at this apartment, and Gretchen made the process seamless. She was incredibly helpful, answering all our questions and addressing any concerns with care. You can tell she truly treats this place like her own. We’re so happy with our new home!

I can't say enough good things about Gretchen, Rosa, and Hunter. They genuinely care about the residents here and want to build a community. We relocated from Los Angeles and it's been the smoothest transition because of their help. Maintenance requests are resolved quickly, the grounds are kept clean, and it's safe. Our new home feels like a resort compared to our former apartment. This has been a major life upgrade for my husband and I. We love it here!

Jan 2025 update: We have now been with this complex for 5 years. A few months ago, a transition of management began and I would not recommend this complex at this time. The transition has been pretty complicated and fraught with issues. We were given 0 notice of the management change - we got a letter on our door the day of the change - and we had JUST renewed our lease for our 6th year. We haven’t had a completed maintenance request in months - still trying to get our washer and refrigerator sorted. Maintenance also doesn’t call to see if they can come in at a certain time - they show up at your door without notice. I WFH so this is not convenient. The maintenance request form is not helpful and leaves very little room to put info. They overcharged us despite having a copy of our lease so we had to go in and show them our proper charges. It’s impossible to get a hold of staff unless you show up at the office - and even then it takes time to get assistance. Getting packages used to be convenient and you could pick them up in the lockers 24/7 - now you have to pick them up in the office during open hours and wait for available staff. My partner and I do not get consistent communication - he gets phone calls but no emails and I get emails but no phone calls. I have emailed the complex twice regarding the app link we need for the gate with no response so I have now called and will have to go into the office for assistance later today. There are more little things but I fear I could keep writing too long. I hope that things get sorted soon - it’s already been at least a few months since the transition and the transition pains have not gone away.
The apartments are still comfortable and nice inside. The green spaces are still here and maintained. The valet trash gets picked up consistently- honestly the trash situation is one of the things that has been positive since the management transition.
Update: This is the longest I have ever lived in one home in my adult life. Every interaction I have had with all staff is so positive. They are willing to work with you. The maintenance staff has always been amazing. During the 2021 winter storm, the maintenance staff worked around the clock to keep us as safe and comfortable as possible - they truly went above and beyond! I heard horror stories about other complexes and the maintenance (or lack thereof) during the storm and we had constant communication and quick reactions from the staff during that stressful storm. Bobby, on the maintenance staff, is very responsive to requests and so friendly. Until we can buy our own home, my partner and I would love to stay here as long as we can.
I have lived here for two years and this is one of the best living experiences I have had. The staff is very responsive, attentive, and kind. The grounds are well-kept. They are pet-friendly. I have dealt with the fewest pests ever in my living experience (great pest-control here). My apartment is clean, I feel safe, and I enjoy the aesthetics of my apartment. The apartment is very spacious and updated. The location is really good, too, if you want to live in south Austin. Very close to a major shopping area and I-35 -- but not TOO close, which is also nice. I am actually afraid for when I need to move to a new location in the future because my standards will be very high now.
My apartment has also been my office as I have been working from home since Feb 2020 and I have never been happier. I have so much great natural light, it's mostly very quiet so I can do my work. Being close to so many things makes running errands on my lunch break really easy. Having a washer and dryer in our unit means that I can run laundry on work breaks. It's all just so pleasant and convenient.

Went in for a tour today 3/1/25, that I scheduled the previous day. When I got there upon the scheduled tour time the office rep had us wait about ten minutes before calling us in. Told us he didn’t have any tours scheduled and asked if I was in the right place and couldn’t accommodate us as he was moving others in that morning and that we would need to reschedule. We had driven pretty far to get there so this was quite frustrating. I then showed him the confirmation email and texts stating that we had a tour for 10am and he told me “next time schedule it on our website if you want to have an actual tour”, to which I replied “We did, that’s why I have a confirmation email and texts with your complex’s name on them for today’s date and time.” I also mentioned it was supposed to be a self guided tour so we wouldn’t need him to walk us around if he was too busy, by which he told me he’d never heard of a self guided tour nor had ever heard of any other complexes ever offering such an option because he wouldn’t be able to trust me in an apartment without him present, but said “the idea sounded cool.”Also told me he had never heard of the system sending texts about tour reservations. He had me write down my contact information so he could call me later after he was done and schedule a “real” tour - never received a call and thus signed a lease elsewhere later that evening at our second choice complex. Was pretty set on this complex from what I’d seen online so you unfortunately missed out on filling a vacant apartment due to the unprofessionalism of the office employee and wasting our time on a lengthy drive in to tour.
