A large hot dog and drink for $1.50 can't beat that. Large slice of pizza $2.99 and taste good.

White employees/ers overstand that services animals are permitted to other groups of people besides just white folks! STOP being racist against other groups outside of white people that have services animals, don't question Black's, Indian's Aisan's, Mexicans or any persons of color if you're not asking across the board. We too spend our money at COSTCO! We can boycott if necessary, thx

This is our go-to costco store. I like the location, it's usually pretty busy since it might be the only costco in the south Austin area but it's never too crazy. Pretty well stocked and they always have some new things come in which is pretty standard for any costco.

4.5 I went to Costco with my family to shop for some things. We went on a Tuesday evening at 7 pm. This location closed at 8:30 so we had some time to shop. There was parking and it wasn't very crowded in the store. Costco is a membership only retail warehouse full of all kinds of things. It has food, clothes, electronics, home appliances and many other things. They also have a Costco Optical which is where I order my contacts and update my eye glasses prescription every year. I usually have to wait in line because there's only 1 or 2 people working in that section but the customer service has always been positive. The check out process in the main part of the store went fairly quick which surprised me but we were checking out right before closing. They have a food court area across from the check out area where you can get a slice of pizza or other food items and drinks that they offer. Costco has some good deals and is worth going if you don't mind paying membership fees and like buying things in bulk.

I purchased a Westerly 6-piece Fabric Power Reclining Sectional with Power Headrests on 11/20/2021 for $2,489.74. Roughly 10 months later the couch became defective in that the base support for the backrest broke and now will not support any weight. This is a safety concern considering I have two children and they could easily fall off and back through the couch. I reported this to Costco in Late February not knowing the severity of the defective base and I am still getting the run around and poor customer service. Costco will not exchange the couch due to the brand not being available, and they will not exchange with a different brand due to the fabric blend. My current blend is 50/50 Polyester Polyurethane blend, while the closest (everything is the same except the fabric) match but different brand is a 50/50 Polyester Vinyl blend. They attempted to use the manufacturer who did come out but did not repair the item onsite. Instead they just tightened a few screws on the backs of other pieces and submitted a repair request back to Costco. Months later Costco requested the part be delivered and they sent the wrong part. I again requested an exchange and was told I would have to return my couch, purchase a new one and Costco would pay any difference. Its beyond me that Costco would first assume I can just purchase the difference, and also I would be couch-less for several weeks while waiting for the new couch. I'm really disappointed in Costco and their ability to resolve an issue in a timely manor. We chose Costco because we felt if anything went wrong the process would be seamless. We were obviously wrong and will never trust Costco again for large purchases or any purchase for that matter.

The Costco in general is fine. The optical department is pretty shady. They try to get you to take whatever the lab sends over. Without regard to whether it was done correctly. It's particularly important to be an educated consumer or they will take advantage. And a couple of the optical department employees had a pretty superior and snarky attitude. Shame.

I've been at Costco member for over 20 years and it's always a pleasant experience. The staff is very friendly and helpful and hardworking. This is a great example of good business in America. The products are always high quality and you don't have to do much shopping if you just stick to the products that they offer.Sometimes the lines are pretty bad on a Friday or before the holidays but Tuesday or Wednesday you won't have much of a wait for checking out.

What's not to love about great products, groceries, and holiday seasonal stuff at low prices? $7 bottle of Malena rated 92 Wine Spectator? Heck yeahLarge package of any size batteries at 20% less than any other place? I want thatFlat screen TVs and other electronics at crazy prices better than this electronics store? Hells ya!A food court that serves fresh huge slices of pizza, a large soda and iced latte for $6? Are you kidding me.Who sells large sodas for less than a dollar theses days? COSTCOInflation? Guess Costco is immune to that, which I am totally Ok with.

This is for the Costco Optical Lab and Partially the Optical Dept. at the Arbor Trails Costco...COSTCO OPTICAL is Horrible, BEWARE..Kirkland glasses $59.99 (reasonable) $140.00+ for lenses ? Really???The quality is HORRIBLE, See the image of the glasses.. The fit where the frame surrounding the lens has a large gap and appears to be held literally by a thread... Quality not expecting to see from Costco...|So this is what a $200.00 pair of glasses is supposed to look like? This is totally the Labs fault, but the optical dept does carry some blame for passing this piece of "Garbage" along to the customer.I mean a $6 pair from Googles4u has much better quality than this $200+ pair, that's an insult.Been a member since 1985 during the Price Club days...Not happy to write this reviewHoping their Optical Lab gets a thorough revamp and improvement
