Costco tire center provides superior service and excellent tires at reasonable prices. Many of them are on sale and you could nearly always find some good tire that fits your car on some special deal. It can get crowded, but this one is not as long of a wait as some of the other ones that I’ve gone to. They fill the tires with nitrogen instead of air, which is good and they provide a great warranty. They also have large selection of batteries, but the price is on batteries, while good, are not as good as the tires. Plan on being here for 2 to 3 hours to get your tires replaced, but you can do your shopping at that point. They will also do free rotation and balancing on tires that were purchased here.

Gee saved the day!! I was stranded with a flat tire in the parking lot and he put a spare on and advised my other front tire didn’t look safe with low tread. I did have to buy a Costco membership to get help but I’m grateful for Gee doing that free of charge and helping when they were busy.

**Inadequate Service and Lack of Punctuality**
Regardless of whether an appointment is scheduled, the service at this establishment is consistently slow. The staff appears to prioritize their own time over completing tasks efficiently.
I visited the establishment with an appointment to have new tires installed. The staff informed me that the work would be completed within one and a half hours. However, I waited for over four hours before the work was finally finished. Upon driving home, I noticed that the tires were not properly balanced, causing uneven handling. Consequently, I had to return to the establishment the following day. While they promised to complete the repair within thirty to forty-five minutes, they waited for almost two hours. The staff responded impolitely, stating that my absence of an appointment was the reason for the delay.
I strongly recommend seeking services at a different auto service center.

I recently had a disappointing experience with Costco's tire service. Despite having an appointment, I ended up waiting for four hours. The delays were frustrating, and the overall organization felt lacking. Additionally, the staff were not polite, which only added to my frustration. I expected much better service from a store known for its customer care. I hope they can improve their efficiency and customer interaction in the future.

Horrible service! Please go to an actual tire place like NTB or Discount Tire. I’ve used them both in the past and they care about your safety. This Costco tire center can’t keep their orders straight. Service is beyond slow and I’m very concerned about the safety factor after my recent install. Making an appointment is joke as this location as they can’t and won’t see you at the scheduled time. They are stretched beyond their limits- short staffed have been mentioned by 4 employees.
I was forced to leave with a tire pressure warning on one of my new tires installed after bringing it to their attention. “Drive on it for a bit and it should be fine” they said. Not fine! Still having issue days later. Oh, they also don’t clean the mess on your wheels or tires. “Go run it through the car wash” is what they advise you to do after spending $1200.
I never write reviews but feel compelled as I’m VERY concerned the staff here isn’t checking their work. Please go get your tires anywhere but here.

Horribly slow service. I had an appointment and 2 hours later I am still waiting. The line for the desk is also incredibly slow so it's difficult to even get a status update

Book an appointment ahead of time, then show up, drop off keys, shop and pick up car on the way out. Can take 90 minutes for tires though.

2,5 hours to change 4 tires, from my previous experience, that's just too long. Everything else, was pretty good.

This is very frustrating. I got flat tire and tried to replace them by walk-in. They said they couldn’t because I missed 7800miles tire rotation but what’s the relationship with flat tire and tire rotation? Is this their policy to force customer to purchase new tires? If you have warranty with them (if you bought from them), make sure tire rotation since they ask you to give that history too.
So I left since they just give me the wheel, not the installation. And few hours later, they called me again and asked why I didn’t leave the key with them. It was them who gave me key since they don’t have time to install it. I came back and give the car key and they said it’s going to be done at the closing time.
Very unprofessional and ruined my entire day keeping back and forth with this store. If they told me this with the phone call earlier, I wouldn’t come here at the first place.
Whoever told employees to do this, they need to get replaced. Management for this tire store or maybe Costco itself should be changed. What a shame that big company ruins their own image like this.

We were told at the location to order online and make an appointment online. We did so and the next day it was cancelled and we couldn't reschedule or order. So we had to come back to the tire center to order and schedule. To be fair, the gentleman who helped order was very kind and helpful. That was the only positive experience. We came back for our 6pm appointment about a week later and was told it would only take about 60 minutes (by another kind gentleman) so we decided to stay in the store instead of going anywhere since it would be a short time. We checked in at the 90 minute mark and was told work hadn't even been started.Well the deadline kept getting extended, then after 8:30pm (when they close) we were called and told the wheels had a wheel lock and they didn't have the ability to unlock it. They said they looked through the whole car and all the storage areas (which we never gave permission to do) but couldn't find one so they couldn't put the tires on.We were unsure why we sat for 2.5 hours to be told they couldn't change the tires even though they had looked at them multiple times and never mentioned anything. When we got home we immediately found the wheel lock in the back seat where it definitely was not before, which made it seem they just didn't want to do the work and close early. We were told to come back again the next day to bring it in and they would take care of it immediately. We asked if 12pm would work to which they said that would be great. Again, we were told it would go quickly because there was an open lane and one car only needing one tire, so again we stayed. It has now been another 2.5 hours and when I asked for an update, the gentleman working half answered and walked out in the middle of my question. Overall, it took nearly 6 hours to change tires. And was a horrible experience.

I mean we all come for price so it doesn’t seem fair to give less than 3 stars. But a little bit of communication would go a long way on timing. I was quoted an hour and a half and it took nearly 3 hours. It would have been nice to get updates so I could plan my day or at least throw in the $9 lug nuts. The wait was bad enough I’ll go to Discount Tire and pay the extra 25 per tire for timeliness. But if budget is your only concern, this is still the best bet.
