I came in today. Super cute collection - tried on a few things I really liked and had no problem purchasing but customer service was awful. No one checked in on me. Associates around the cash wrap charring doing nothing. Could’ve easily sold me on $300 worth of clothes.

We bought my niece a cute little outfit and the sales girl (a very pretty blonde) offered to sew a flaw. She was so kind and helpful. What a great sales women and a wonderful seamstress. Thank you for the best customer service.

I like to browse what's new in this cute little boutique on SOCO. They have trendy casual women's fashion and accessories including dresses, pants, tops and swim suits usually in the $50-150 price range. The customer service has greatly improved in the last year and the staff now are extremely helpful. The styles update fairly quickly and they have a sale rack worth a look.

Unimpressed by the customer service. We walked in and they didn’t acknowledge us. Both attendants were on their phone the whole time. Made us not want to shop there due to their lack of effort.

At the recommendation of a friend, I stopped at this boutique during a trip. While my friend was right that the boutique carries great brands (especially Spell!), I highly recommend taking your business elsewhere. The staff was rude and unhelpful. I was in the store for over 20 minutes, while many other customers were in the store, and the staff stood around the register, gossiping and talking negatively about other people. They never took a break from their chatter to interact with us or ask me (or anyone else in the store) if we needed assistance. At one point, I asked one woman who had moved over to the mirror and was playing with her hair if they had more sizes of "the green pants over there." Without asking me which pants and barely looking at me, she simply said "no, that's it." Even if her response was accurate, she didn't even bother to look at the pants I was referring to. She immediately went back to checking herself out in the boutique's mirror. If you want me to spend that kind of money on a pair of pants, I expect much better service. Spend your money somewhere else, this place isn't worth it.

This shop has great items but does tend to get very crowded (I've had to wait in line for like 20 minutes to try something on). I miss the days when they limited the number of people in the store. However I'm writing this review to IMPLORE you to never park in that parking lot next to this shop. Someone else mentioned this in a review and I'm honestly surprised more people have not - I just got a bill in the mail for $90 for having parked in that lot in a Cove-designated parking spot (before they removed them) for 20 minutes. This is OUTRAGEOUS!! I don't even know how this "company" can get away with it? Anyway, if you're going to shop here, DO NOT park in the W Gibson St lot :/

I've shopped at the cove a few times, they have quaint products and it's trendy certainly. However most recently I took my sister and we parked in the reserved for Cove customers parking. She got ticketed by the parking lot and we have continued to email back and forth with the managers, as well as talked to them multiple times. They continue to tell us they're attempting to take this issue to the parking company, however now my sister is being told by the parking company that her lack of payment will default and therefore hurt her credit. Each time we've spoken to management they make it sound like multiple customers are having this problem. Sounds like a lawsuit to me. With clear inaction on the part of the company, they either need to pay in cash for the customer's parking bill or immediately fix this with the parking company.

My favorite place to splurge on payday!! Some small boutiques have a super snooty vibe, but the employees here are sooooo nice and friendly. I always get compliments on my outfits from here?

I went into Cove this week and was amazed at the lack of customer service I received. I purchased a Rails dress for almost $300. I’m a size small and because it had an elastic waist I knew it would fit. I purchased and left with my friends. I went to wear the dress that evening and immediately noticed a 4” opening where it had become separated from the seam towards the bottom. I had not noticed when I purchased because I handed it to the girl at the counter. I immediately called the store when I realized it to see if they had another I could replace it with. They did but said they were closing and wouldn’t be open until 10:30 the following day. I was headed home to Dallas so called and asked if my friend could bring the dress back and if they could ship me the new one. The manager and the sales person said I would have to pay for shipping even though they sold me a damaged dress. I asked to have the owner Rebecca Yanoff, to please give me a call to chat. She didn’t bother. Here’s the deal - I have my own store and have worked in luxury retail for 25+ years and I will do anything to make a customer happy. To drop a $250 dress into an envelope and ship it for $10 is nothing in the scheme of things and would have earned a customer for life. I will now tell anyone who will listen not to shop in this store and make a point of warning my friends not to go there. Buyers BEWARE.

I was in the store over the weekend and witnessed a customer being openly racist to an employee and other customers, management was much more concerned in keeping the customer shopping than creating a safe environment. I really don’t know how a place that doesn’t have a clear no-racism policy can operate in 2022
