This place is a HAZARD under the new leadership! My vehicle is 10 TIMES WORSE for going to Covert Collision than it was when I brought it to them 6 weeks ago!!
This is an update: I contacted Debbie's boss, the GM named Jason Bruce and messaged his boss, Dan Covert. None of them have gotten back to me. No one has apologized. Now, Debbie is emailing me to receive the balance from the insurance didn't pay but not sending an official bill. She is only stating how much I owe and telling me she is going to come and pick up a check versus sending a professional communication with normal bills and normal methods to pay. These people are ridiculous and remain completely unchecked by their bosses who obviously don't care about the customers either.
Original review: Covert caused a safety issue to my vehicle - they broke the display screen in my vehicle and still have not repaired it! From the beginning Covert kept my car weeks after Manuel C. originally promised and while on their lot for this extended time it was badly hail damaged! It has now been SIX weeks and the inspection and registration have expired! Debbie, the manager, has not held to her promise to remedy the issues Manuel caused. I don't even have my vehicle in my possession yet, much less a whole and repaired vehicle, and my insurance company has already PAID THEM. I sent them my vehicle with a small problem, and now my car has multiple BIG problems!

Incredible service. Amazing staff. Walked in with an issue with the car's under shield and they removed it for me without any hesitation. Were upfront about the Tesla stock issue and sent me off with the problem resolved in less than 30 mins. It's wonderful to see kindness isn't gone from this world. Will highly recommend to friends and family.

Pretty good experience with Covert Collision Center. About a month from drop off to pick up, longer than expected but not awful. The vehicle was returned cleaner than it was when I dropped it off, which was great as it was like getting in a new truck.
They did accidentally scratch the vehicle but dealt with it to my satisfaction so I wouldn’t hold that against them except to ask them to be more careful in general.
Worked with Nathan who was communicative, knowledgeable, and friendly.

Manuel from Covert Collision is someone you want to work with. I had rear end collision of my Dodge Challenger and had a small and not so well known insurance ( uninsured motorist coverage).After reading the reviews about the insurance I realized not all body shops are able to work with them. But Manuel was very professional and figured out how to proceed with my insurance. He communicated with them all the time, did lots of work, also was able to get them pay for the new parts ( as after market were not available). He returned my car and it looks like brand new, no signs of the accident either. It took several months to negotiate with the insurance, get the parts and do the work though. I just would like yo recommend Manuel and Covert Collision and thank them for the hard work they done.

They're really good at repairing hail damage vehicles and calling you about once every week or two for the update. However, minus one star because it can take a while (it took me about three months total) to get it repaired. Customer service can be a hit or miss depends on the department and employees' mood that day.

I’m leaving a minimum of three stars for doing the bare minimum, which was repairing my car. This could’ve been a better review if they put some effort into their customer service and communication with the customer. It took over two months to get my car repaired, which I understand parts have been backordered. But I was really frustrated with was the lack of communication from Covert regarding additional repairs and the repair timeline. This lack of communication created a big headache and inconvenience on my end, as I had to continuously reach out to my insurance to extend my rental coverage as they continue to push the date further back each week. The most frustrating, was being told my car was going to be ready on a specific day, at a specific time, I pulled out the insurance money and was prepared to come get my car. It wasn’t until I was on my way to pick up my car that I received a call that it was still not ready for another few days. Their solution was to offer me a rental of their own to avoid me getting charged any further on that end. While it was helpful I wish it had not gotten to this point so late, had they been more responsive and communicative this could have been a more pleasant experience.
