The good people at Cowart Door have been great! My old, crappy door wouldn't open, so they installed the right part and gave me a nice remote. Works so well. A few years later, I spotted a snake crawling into my garage underneath the door. Terrified, I called asking if there was anything that could be done to better seal my garage. From their expertise, I learned that I had no seals, at all! They installed seals all the way around the door and not only does this resolve my issue with sneaky snakes, it looks fantastic! Wow! The crew who came out was there when promised and did a fine job. The owner, BJ, and the lovely Office Manager, Denise, are the best! When I buy my next home, I'm calling them to install an awesome garage door because of my experiences with them. Thank you a million times! These are good people and I like doing business with them.

I have tried to remain loyal to this business. They installed our garage doors originally. But recently our home was hit by lightening and garage door motors were damaged. I have been waiting for 2 months. I have been told parts would be in "next week" several times. Now they won't even return my calls. My 75 year old husband has to prop the door open with a broom handle every time he goes in and out. Guess it's time to try another company.

This afternoon our garage door would not open ! One car out , one car in ! It's Friday afternoon and I thought , there is no way I can get this done today but I will get on the schedule for Monday morning .How wrong I was ! The tecnicians came out an hour later and fixed it ! I am grateful because recenty our neighborhood has fallen victim to to stolen vehicles and vandelism.

Had the spring go out on my garage door and was really happy with the replacement and service from Cowart Door systems. They schedule me for time to replace it and then showed up on time and fixed it for the price they quoted. Can't do much better than that! Thanks
