I don’t understand why the CPL website will allow you to make an appt but not honor the appt time. It makes no difference when your appt time is, you sit and wait behind walk ins as well. The front desk staff was nice, but sitting for an hour waiting when you have taken the time to schedule an appt and show up at that time, is unacceptable.

I know the office closes at noon. My husband and I got there two minutes before closing but they way we were treated really unprofessional and disrespectful. One of the nurses made a face and laughed (at the end saying "adios" sarcastically) The nurse with purple scrubs draw my husbands blood was very painful. I am sorry if we arrived just before closing but that is not a reason to be treated this way.

Desperately understaffed. The billing folks are friendly. The first time I was here it was for two hours, today I’m approaching one hour. The only reason I’m even here again is because the phlebotomist “forgot” to collect all my needed vials—they told me it was a “lab error”. Good luck! Make sure to get an appointment & bring a book. The waiting room only has a few seats and many people bring their children.

This is my favorite place to go for labs and I require numerous labs.The entire team is professional, kind and welcoming. I am not the easiest person to work with as my veins do not cooperate. The staff are very patient and get the job done.

I had an appointment at 1:00 and took time out of my day to arrive at 12:45 as they specifically asked. But when I arrive, the doors are locked, the phones are unresponsive, and I see they are on a scheduled lunch break from 12:30 to 1:30. I had to wait around for almost an hour because they hadn’t organized their appointment schedule

Booked out weeks in advance. Online appointment system doesn't send confirmation email and they don't pick up the phone. Do they really exist? We may never know.

Very fast service in the mornings! Recommended wearing a mask as all staff is and I felt a little guilty not wearing one. They take walk-ins and appointments too.

They never answer the phones! I called to make sure my lab orders had been sent over BEFORE I went because several times they had not been! Since they didn’t answer the phone I drive 21 miles only to find out they didn’t have them!

The staff was extremely obtuse and rude from the moment I called them to make sure that I was able to walk-in. They scoffed at my questions about whether or not they excepted my insurance and how billing would work and answered quite rudely. Once I got there, they had lost my paperwork and were unable to track it down. I asked if they would reach out to my doctor and get them to fax it over again. They responded that they needed me to Google and give them all of my doctors information despite it being a clinic they work with regularly. They supposedly called the doctor three times with no answer. However, I was able to call get an answer immediately and ended up tracking down the paperwork myself. Beyond all of the abysmal social interactions with the staff, (which is clearly not just a staff issue but also a management issue due to the lack of cleaning crews and the apparent stress that each individual member of the staff was under due to their workload and lack of support) when I use the restroom in the lobby, which is also the restroom used to collect samples there were pools of urine on the floor. Used urine receptacles on the floor and no soap in the soap dispenser to wash your hands nor hand sanitizer. The facility was absolutely filthy and the chair they had me sit in to draw my blood had rips in the vinyl cover that were patched with gauze that had been there so long it was black instead of brown. Absolutely disgusting and definitely did not feel safe having my blood work done in this facility.

IF YOU WANT TO PAY CASH (NO INSURANCE) you have to pay right on the spot. No exceptions. I requested to pay cash but they did not collect payment at the time and I got a bill for $497 whereas it would have been $81 in person. You would think the front desk staff would care enough to let me know since this is a week’s worth of wages for them. But either they don’t care or aren’t smart enough to know.
