SO SO SO THANKFUL FOR THEM!!! Was traveling very far out from my hometown (all the way in Arizona), just got done driving 18 hours. Noticed there was a knocking noise coming from my vehicle. Called around but no one had any open availability, thankfully Crank Auto was open weekends and very welcoming to me. Had me bring in the vehicle and found out my bearings and ball joint was very bad! Not to mention how quick the timing was to make sure it was done but they were very accommodating and affordable for my family. Highly recommend! Never have I had such gracious behavior from mechanics in my life!

I had a great experience with Crank Auto Repair! My car heater went out and Fateh was able to diagnose and repair within a couple of hours. He stayed well beyond the closing time and was kind and fair in his pricing. He also gave me tips on how to prevent the outage from happening again which I greatly appreciate. Excellent customer experience and I am happy to have found a reliable mechanic in south Austin!

I had a fantastic experience with Crank Auto Repair. I had just pulled out of a local dealership with a borrowers agreement for a used car I wanted to buy, and I wanted to take it to a mechanic for an in-depth pre-purchase inspection. However, every mechanic shop I called was too busy to help me on the spot, and I started to panic. Luckily, Crank Auto Repair was there to save the day. Flaco was able to help me inspect the car, giving me the piece of mind I needed to purchase it with confidence. He is honest, fair, and quick with his work. I highly recommend his services.

Our experience at crank Auto has been fantastic. We found a car on their website that was in our budget for our 16 year old and drove over there to look at it. After looking at the vehicle and an open and honest discussion, we purchased the vehicle. The check engine light came on the next day, and he asked us to bring it back to make some small repairs. He didn't have the right parts on hand, so he offered us a loaner vehicle and even offered to bring the vehicle back to me. We would have to say that this was, and is a great experience, and you should feel confident in the product and service offer to crank Auto. He truly cares about the customer, and that is huge when you are trying to find a used car

Crank Auto Repair does it again! Car was overheating and no more than 5 seconds upon opening the hood, he immediately diagnosed the problem. Told me he could replace the radiator within a 2-3 hour turnaround. Gave me an extremely fair price and picked up my vehicle that same day. Car no longer overheats. He's been my go-to mechanic for a while now. Will definitely go back again.
