I have been shopping here for 3 years.
As a vaper and a smoker I have made all of my purchases here.
Today the woman was rude, telling me what lingo was allowed in shop, and proceeded to question me using my husband’s reward number and very rudely ID carded me.
It’s such a disappointment because I have literally never had an issue until today.
I shop locally and try to support those in my own community.
I won’t be back to this store after being treated like this.
There is a smoke shop off riverside that is just as good, without the bad attitude.

The staff is always super friendly and helpful every time I go! The new location is very nice as well. My only qualm would be that the POS now prompts for a tip when you check out. Not only is it off putting and discourages future patronage, but it’s also a glaring neon sign that instead of paying your employees more you’d rather place the burden and therefore the responsibility on the customer.
Not very demure. Not very mindful.

Alex is an amazing dude & deserves a raise for all the quality help he provides. Store has great variety & customer care as well. Used to work here also & management were always reasonably supportive.

I've been a customer for a long time and can't think of any time that I haven't been pleased with my experience here. I seem to always be greeted with a smile and made to feel like I'm the most important person at that time. Everyone is helpful and knowledgeable which can only enhance the time here. If you aren't sure of your exact needs, they talk to you and help you figure it out. Keep up the great work, you're all awesome in my book!
