How unprofessional is the clerk who didn't even want to open the door when I returned to show her the problem with my phone with which I came and the same problem continues, apparently she has no knowledge of her job or education but well, she has been talking and walking around for quite some time. That's why the company has to choose its workers not to be collecting garbage on the street and bringing it to work.

The lady that helped us purchase a upgrade was very helpful and aslong as she's there we will continue going I believe her name was Maria ? Hopefully I got that correct but thanks again for helping me and my wife

I bought a brand new phone here & once I got home it didn’t work. I went back to the store the next day, they sent me to Apple, I went to Apple…who sent me right back to cricket…. Very frustrating situation, no one wants to buy a brand new phone that is broken & then not easily be able to replace/refund. I went back to cricket & they finally said they could help unfortunately they didn’t have the phone I needed in stock. I was able to get a refund, but only for the actual phone..lost out on $35 dollars with my refund. No new phone. (Nothing to do with the women that helped me at the front desk, they were all nice. There is a huge management problem that needs to be addressed) you should be helping your employees do the best they can by giving the correct information & resources to help the customer. Overall, terrible experience, lost out on money & wasn’t even able to get a new phone which I needed.

The customer service in this store is very bad. I do not recommend that you seek service in this place. The person who serves you is pedantic. As if you were going to ask him for a favor, he serves you.

Came in to the store to ask some questions 30 minutes before they closed. Had my husband ask the questions since it had to do with internet speed and im not the best @ asking the right question. The girl there kept taping her nails and huffing and puffing not letting my husband finish asking his questions and rolling her eyes. I work at a place which requires customer service and this girl has the worst. Hard to miss who she is with her bright pink hair.

I've been with crickett many years but i loved the way the employee treated me on 7th street he was very polite super friendly.i went in the morning not only coz hes a guy but i see the guys are more friendly when guys customers go in the store any store i see the ladies talk to them better but not to a woman if they see q guy they quickly jump and greet them and to a woman they only say can i help you no smile .

tell you that Play cricket always given you the best of everything they have theres like a store that I went to day before I went to the other stores he was very rude hitting half time he was yelling and he was cussing right here are 4 wear them Canyon by forget the in Pleasanton street I think not to sure but it was not good O the customers would come in without the mask and any to be caught on time your customers come 1st and you have arguments and use door which are clients and you have arguments with the workers something needs to be done
