Lala Pérez was absolutely exceptional!! We went to the other store up on e oltorf and they didn’t want to help us replace my husbands broken phone but as soon as we came to this one we were helped immediately. Lala was extremely nice and informative and made sure we left happy. Thank you so much!

Today I seriously went to pay my line and the person who assisted me with bad service was in a bad mood, the person seriously should not have people like that working there, seriously, what a bad experience I had, I asked for information and he told me to do everything online, it seriously bothered me. a lot for that terrible service

I went to finance a phone with a new line and the person who assisted me, Yair, put the leasing information in someone else's name and they charged me extra money from my card, I called my bank and I went to look for the thief, Yair, with the police and that's it. Don't work in the store, be careful with this store and its rude workers.

Those girls inside this cricket store are very lazy. They didn’t even want to get up and help you. They just want to be on their phone and on the computers it’s like why do you get a job? If you can’t even do your job right I have to come all the way to William Cannon just cancel a line and they did it without no hesitation. That’s why I always go to the William Cannon location. They are always very helpful William Cannon friendly…. Riverside location ever since it opened has been having the worst customer service ever.
