I went to another cricket store in riverside and they said they couldn’t do anything to help me but I came to the Ben White store where Aideliz helped me so much although in the other cricket they said nothing could be done. She definitely helped to relieve my problem.

I want to start out with saying Cassandra was the most helpful phone carrier rep I have ever delt with. She set up the new phone and transfer data. This is much easier said than done when the passwords need to be reset. She set up the apple watch then showed us how to blank the old phone. We purchased a screen protector which she offered to apply and got set fast without bibbles. She even told us how to apply for a rebate on our monthly bill and told us to swing by with any issues. She was a sweetheart, friendly, funny and knowledgeable. This is what people look for, a real person who thinks of themselves and whatvthey would want on the other side of the counter. Look for Cassandra if you want it done right.
