Google shows store is closed on Monday but when I called the store to ask, they were open 10-9pm. This needs to be fixed

Go to the location on Cameron and Duval if you want good service.First I called Cricket's customer service ahead of time to make sure a LG V60 was valid with Cricket's Network and they told me it was. So I ordered a refurbished unlocked LG V60 from Amazon. Once I received it I called Cricket's customer service again and provided the IMEI number to have them mail me a new SIM card. I told the rep beforehand I did not want to activate the new phone and I would call back when I received the SIM card. The customer service rep deactivated the phone I was using to make the call without saying anything. So I had to go to the nearest store to get it resolved.Upon entering this store there's three employees, two of which are helping customers a third is leaning on the wall playing on her phone. I waited patiently, politely and considerate. After about 30 minutes I still had not received any greeting, eye contact or even acknowledgment that I existed. I would have preferred they just told me to go f myself. So I went to the nearest location. Within 5 minutes I find out this phone is not valid on the Cricket network....Unfortunately for Cricket I'll have to find a different service provider because I'm not going to try to get a refund and return this new phone.
