Right as I walked into the store I right away got help. They are super helpful and friendly. The customer service was amazing. They got me what I wanted and the deals were great. Katrina helped me she made me feel super comfortable and welcomed. Terrible customer service. They added stuff to my account with out my say so. My family comes from Mexico I don't speak Spanish they put a person only spoke Spanish so I couldn't ask what was all the extra charge. They first thing they tell you to do is call customer service an customer service says it's independently owned. So I wouldn't recommend store

Bought a new phone on their progressive payment plan. Cashier told me to swipe my card and that I would see a $1 charge to verify card was valid. Within a day the same place that charged the $1 drained my bank account. Spoke to progressive corporate and they said no $1 charge was nessecary. Avoid this place at all cost!!!
