I could give it zero stars if I could. We have been coming here for years and this is the last straw. The experience was just awful. Me and my husband when in to see if we could get a deal to upgrade my phone, only to have a rude and snarky worker be annoyed at our presence. We asked for help, and she was "Oh I'm busy," Message received (albiet in a rude way) so we kindly gave her space, and as we waited and browsed as she helped another person, out of nowhere while we weren't even looking, she asked me rudely: "so what phone do you need?" I was appalled at the tone, but gave her the benefit of the doubt and proceeded with my questions that we came in for. "What can I do to upgrade my phone?" Lady said: "I don't know and we don't have that phone anyway :/ ," She didn't care to help us, or to lead us anywhere else that CAN help us. She was so bothered by us being there, and was so unfriendly and unhelpful. We were so disappointed by the rude nature of her attitude, she was just so disrespectful. We walked out and my husband gave her a comment to her face about the shameful customer service we just received.
Horrible service, don't even waste your time here. Go online and order your stuff better, they don't even know their stuff at other stores. If they don't know how to help or do their jobs, they're very rude and they treat you like a disease, like this lady did. So overall, don't waste your time. Cricket, you've really gone downhill with your stores. Very disappointing.

The girl that is working here today very helpful and very nice and very friendly and willing to help you out. I had to come all the way over here from Riverside just to get a Line canceled and she helped me out with no hesitation. Very thankful.

The employees are just on their phone they don’t want to help they say they don’t have a working telephone for this cricket store ..And they also said that they don’t have to help the customer.. so whoever owns the store, advise you that you shouldn’t have employees working for you that act like that because you will have no business..

I have been a cricket user for several years now and have never had a problem with them. I recommended a friend to switch over and wish he had gone to another store with more knowledgeable staff. They didn't test to make sure his line was working correctly before he left the day he switched service and mistakenly sold him a physical SIM card when he needed an eSIM card for his device. He spent about a week trying to figure out what was wrong with the phone with Customer service and couldn't receive calls or send text messages the whole time. He went back in to the store for help and the store associate and manager wanted to charge him to get an eSIM card for a mistake they made after he had paid +$100. After several hours wasted trying to get his device to work he ended up going back to his original phone provider.
Other clients who went into the store also had to wait a long time to get help and ended up leaving.
