This location’s manager Eloisa is so rude and unprofessional, the girl who helped me out was Milka and she kept being on her phone with her mom, and when I told the manger she didn’t say anything to her, clearly they don’t know what they’re doing! Never coming here ever again.

I hate this location I have been with cricket for 2 years and I completely confused to go to this location even though it's less than a mile from my house most of the time they are rude they don't want to help you with your issue. They just try to hurry and get you out the door without solving anything and you're in line forever to pay a bill and that's every employee that works there I seen them come and go constantly.... I gave them a try yesterday when my SIM card fell out and I couldn't get it back in they actually told me my phone was broken so I had to buy another one come to find out I went to a different location they just didn't know how to get it back in themselves and the phone works fine. That's just one issue but it's so many more that's what I get for giving them another try ??

Bought a charger for 29.99 supposedly fast charge. After a little less than 2 weeks it stopped working. The store wouldn't take it back or give me another. They have a no refund policy. Instead tried to sell me another. I refused to buy another. I was then told the chargers have a lifetime warranty and I can return it to the vendor and they would send me another. Omg ?...I got surprised how the associates was able to handle a bunch of costumers and keep smiling ? ? ? all the time.When was our turn this lady was very very helpful and professional and understood what we was looking for...!!Hope all the cricket stores can have ladies the them.Location: south 183 highway and Springfield... or manor road???I'm not sure but they are on front of one HEB shopping center.Lots of parking.Ohh and they close at 9pm. AWESOME!!!Costumer service was EXCELLENT!!Highly recommend this Cricket store!!!
