The absolute worse service and information from people working here. I came into the store with a new unlocked Samsung phone and needed a prepaid sim card. The lady sold me the Sim card and off I went.
When I tried to make a call the call came back telling me that unlocked phones don't work with cricket sim cards (I wish the lady that sold me the Sim card would have told me this I wouldn't have purchased the Sim card).
I came back the next day to let the lady know that the Sim card didn't work and I requested a refund. She said she didn't have the authority to provide a refund and if I wanted to use the Sim card I had to buy a phone from cricket (again I wish the lady would have told me this when I bought the sim card). Absolutely terrible service.
If you are in need of a temporary sim card I suggest you go right across the street Metro by Tmobile. They were cheaper, knowledgeable and the Sim card worked without issues.
Cricket is the worse.

The sales lady at this location was very professional and more knowledgeable than other locations she was able to help with the issues I had and let me know that information I received from other locations and were incorrect and she helped me to get the phone , screen protector, and wireless head set we were looking for in a fast and courteous manner. Would definitely recommend this location and her for all your needs. The sales girl really deserves a raise as she was more helpful than even the main line person's .

Very bad treatment, that's why I changed my cell phone company because it makes me angry that when someone is in a bad mood, they get upset with someone. The other day, I arrive to make a payment and according to them, they will open at 10 am and I arrive 15 minutes before and I understand, they open their wings. 10am so I waited and they saw that I was waiting and for their own sake they opened at 10:10am when there were two people there to serve and they were talking and talking and I was standing there waiting and when an American arrived now they were quick to open so much courage to treat me like that and that's why I didn't go to that store again, I preferred to go to another one further away until I changed companies

The truth is, very bad experience, very bad treatment, the people who work there are very rude people and even more so if you don't speak English I won't buy there again, I prefer to spend 1 hour rather than buy in another cricket store

I came into the store at 11. Was greeted with, "hola", I returned, hello. Long story short. She is Venezuelan, here 5 months. My broken Spanish and her broken English made for a perfect transaction. Laughter and patients were great. In and out timely with random spanglish. Being open to new interactions is so fun. New friend

Worst customer service ever sold my pregant gf a broken phone. Manager took 7 hours to show up and after talking with corporate and them telling to take it back the store still said no

I simply came in to pay a bill and left with a great deal on a new phone, I want to thank the manager of the store, Christina she is awesome and even helped me transfer my contacts and photos with no problems to my new device. I love it! Thank you Cricket! and Thank you Christina :)
