This location has excellent customer. Jaime helped us out getting a new phone and even took the time to put the screen protector and move the data over from the old phone to the new one.

If you need help with your cell don’t go to this location.
There is a person who’s try to charge you 40 dollars. Just for a SIM card. He said is activation but is not he is a scammer that is it.

My family in process of bereavement...lots of stress...the agent helping us now is extremely calm and collected and extremely knowledgeable of all services and items in the store. I am so impressed that I am taking a few minutes to write this while she enrolls me in a special program to save some money. She is awesome!!! Her name is Angelica. Cricket should really value this employee.

Great store! There's a couple of stores closer to us, but we always come a little farther to this location. Employees are extremely nice!! And very very helpful!! My husband lost his phone (again) and is happy with the newest purchase. Wonderful service! I recommend this particular store to everyone! ? ?
