If I could rate this place a zero I would. This place is absolutely ridiculous. My husband lost his phone so he went and purchased one from this location to get a hold of me. He paid around $111 for it. He ended up finding his phone the same day and called to ask about the refund policy. Whoever answered the phone told him he could return the phone before seven days with his receipt. Today I went in to return it for him while he was at work and it was a disaster. When I explained to them what happened and why I was returning the phone the two girls there started discussing the situation upon themselves (in Spanish) I had no idea what was being said because I do not know Spanish. They then told me the phone could not be returned (even with a receipt) because my husband was sold a demo phone and the box the phone was in was not the phone he was sold. I don’t know what went on but it seems my husband was sold a demo phone and charged for a new phone. The two girls refused to refund the money back so we are stuck with a phone that we do not need. I asked for a manager and was told the manager was not in and that they are unable to give me her number because it’s her personal phone number. I find it very unprofessional that a company does not have a number to call a manager if help is needed by a customer. I then asked for a corporate number and was told “I don’t know it, you can look it up yourself.” My husband and I decided we’d just lose out on our money and not even worry about it because they were so rude and unprofessional. As I was leaving I stated that they were no help and for them to have a great day and my response from one of the girls was “Good, don’t come back.” What an awful experience, we will definitely be happy to stay away from this store. I do have to mention one of the girls names was Adrianna. She was a little more pleasant than the one that told me not to come back.

Have been with Cricket for 13 yrs and cant get an upgrade on my phone without paying for a brand new phone and having it activated. Cricket used to give existing customers a free upgrade on the phones with no issues. About ready to switch to another company and be done with Cricket was told by 2 different store employees that I do not know what Im talking about on phone upgrades. No sweeties I do you just havent been working for Cricket very long and do not know what you are talking about.
