You can not ask for better people at any other Cricket store than the one here. Elizabeth, Yuri, Delhi and Anissa, are the best ever. Had to go in a get something fixed and they didn't stop doing what had to be done until it was fixed almost 2 hours of their time.. no complaining, no being rude, they are just the best around. Will not go to any other Cricket location for anything. Thank you ladies and sir for being so awesome.

Wow!!! I will definitely be coming back to this store. Henry gave me the best deals ever. Came for a screen protector and phone Case and he put it on for me took his time was so courteous and so helpful. This was definitely the best customer service ever. Thanks Henry keep up the great work.

This manager girl was rude. She kept talking over me every time I’d say something or share my thoughts. She wasn’t listening to a word I was saying either. If I didn’t buy all the accessories and do everything she tried to pitch me, she just wanted me out of the store. Not a good experience. Just buy your phones online.

not a happy camper, been troubleshooting phone issues for about a month now, reps saying nothing is wrong with my phone. Friends are saying Verizon # has changed or been disconnected but I have had this # for 2 years and Cricket has been getting their $ on time. I keep having to call them and going to their store , now they want to charge me to change my # be cause they are unable to fix the issue on their end. I am at one of their stores and still waiting.
