I am in disbelief at the level of unprofessionalism displayed by the individuals you have managing your stores. It's incredibly disappointing and upsetting to see such poor leadership and lack of accountability from those in charge.
I want to formally file a complaint regarding the extremely unprofessional and unhelpful behavior I experienced from the manager at one of your store locations Aaron Pantoja. Instead of assisting me with my issue, the manager refused to take responsibility or provide a solution. Instead, they deflected the blame onto another store employee Joselyn, claiming it was someone else’s mistake and refusing to take any action to resolve the problem.
As a customer, I expected a level of accountability and support—especially from someone in a management position. Unfortunately, the store manager made no effort to help me, showed no sense of urgency or care, and left me feeling frustrated and dismissed.
I would appreciate it if this matter could be investigated, and appropriate steps taken to ensure customers are treated respectfully and their concerns addressed properly. I am happy to provide further details if needed.

Went in for a new phone and the selection was pitifull. As far as buying a phone its cheaper and better to find a unblocked phone elsewhere
