Very rude personnel, long faces and smart asses, as a customer you expect top notch service and want to feel welcome when you walked into a store, this particular time it was the opposite, the person that attended me acted like it was an inconvenience that I walk into the store trying to buy an iPhone 14 pro max, I have never experienced anything like this with any other cricket location, it's a shame that customers have to go through this type of scenes, when all you looking for is to get some help and guidance, I wonder if this people are not getting paid and that's why they are so miserable.

I don’t know why the white lady I don’t know her name. Was giving me a hard time. She said she needed my ID to pay for my own phone bill because it’s “federal law” & no other cricket gives me problems. refused to Service me. & it was closing time that’s BS!

Between 2 employees and what looked to be a supervisor who obviously was as incompetent as the other two if not in fact worst off not only in terms of providing an honest business transaction, because she should know better, but also in general terms of what it means to be human. Because if she or any of the other two females, or maybe 1 1/2 female and 1/2 male is a better description. They would clearly most likely feel that selling someone a service plan on a phone that they say is compatible to have a cricket service plan added to it and over the span of days and a couple of trips back to the store where at the end of the day, am left with the same phone with a stupid sim card from cricket with a service plan activated but no way to access the plan from the same phone that they say would work when it is obvious that it did not work and even idiotic enough or arrogant enough to say it admit that it in fact was not compatible because maybe it was locked when it is not. The trouble shooting or level of technical skills is at a total loss to these females and the extent of the technical know how does not exceed that of turning a phone off and on, because even swapping a sim card would prove difficult as the first one they damaged inserting the first time. After all this with the most retarded look as one could expect to look, felt that they were entitled to not only refuse me a refund but not even enough humanity in them to apologize for the complete incompetence at the highest level humanly possible, and human on the most slightest of level possible before its just a dumb animal! For the time they caused me to lose thinking they could perform the most menial of tasks in the service sector. On a bright note my appreciation and respect for an honest cell phone service/tech with an IQ score better than 45, which would by far exceed whatever requirement this store location sets it bar at, has found new meaning. So if you want to shop for the Dumb and Stupid experience, then this spot has one helluva deal!

Well, I am serious about my money & A Contract. My bill is suppose to be $70/a month, & I had it set up to be payed automaticly. It was not &It was $100! What da!? ? I went in & The Young Woman who helped me: Did Just That! She explained exactly why & what & corrected it.I was Grateful & She Was Good At Her Job, & Respectful! I would go to this store again, again! ?

These guys stole my bank account info and tried to pay there personal bills with my money. Safe auto car insurance 951$ and direct energy 266$, who wouldn’t notice that much money! The manager was informed and didn’t even care it didn’t seem much of a surprise to him, I think these guys are all in on it, buyers beware!!! And scammers I’m on yalls trail the investigators with get all this info asap
