I was just drying my cloaths where all of a sudden a lady came with this attitude and dropped all of the dirt on the ground and one of my clothes got in the dirt and so did my plush she was disrespectful bc she said move instead of excuse me. Sometimes the clothes don't even dry in the dryer.

Once again had a horrible experience it is 4:40 in the afternoon on a Saturday just leaving the laundromat got frustrated One of the dryers number 64 is not drying I was trying to find the attendant so she can help me give me my money back or help me put my clothes in a different dryer and she is nowhere to be found I spent a total of 250 on the dryer and it still didn't even work and then I had to put my clothes in another dryer for 15 minutes to get my clothes dry andhad my son go outside to look for her and she was nowhere to be found I even help

Bad costumer service , this isn’t the first time I get an attitude from this same employee, from shift of Friday , 03/28/25 at 3:50 Pm . Also lady did not mark the machine has not working and didn’t refound my money back , and when I suggested she put a sign up for costumers to not just loose money , she replied with I don’t know what you mean , and continued to ignore me . Very unsatisfying. To have to deal with this kind of costumer service . When you’re providing business for such a long time .

I had to leave with my clothes wet because they weren’t able to take cards. There were no signs that mentioned this anywhere & the lady at the front desk was not helpful. I asked her to please contact the manager or anyone else & she refused.

Every time we go wash there the lady is dusting and has dust everywhere she dust all in your clothes she is rude and disrespectful there no number to reach the owner or the person in charge there another family that spent $70 and didn’t get to fold there clothes because dust was all over folding tables I took pictures to show how nasty it was last time I go there wish it would let us post pictures my son had bad allergies to dust and this is so bad….

I am using for almost a year this place and I like it, is clean and machines works decently all good except the lady worker who always is with actitude, acting like she didn’t like her job, a diference to the other workers there who are very nice and friendly and solve problems, today ( Saturday jan 18 2025 5:30pm) I asked for help but her actitud makes me better remove my laundry by myself just because her. And yes I let her know she always acting like that sorry but is true.

People are so rude and don’t what to help out also came in and charge me 10 dollars for a 4 dollar washer and 10 more for just 75 cents worth of drying. One of my laundry didn’t do the watching complete and worker there didn’t help and had to take out my clothing wet

First Time I have experience about this washing Center. I went there at 9 pm . The rude and said you can’t wash because we closed at 8 pm even there is customer washing clothes. Not too much busy , no clean , highly not recommended this place.
