As mentioned in a prior post. I paid for my transaction online, but made an appointment with staff so they can show me my unit. The gentleman was very kind, patient and he went get me a dolly which made my move with less trips. Thanks for having a kind employee and a super clean, smelling storage.

Our storage unit rental went from $183/mo to $299/mo and are now moving to another facility because of this. I just found a unit nearby at Public Storage that is 50% larger for $90/mo.
They also have no access hours, poor local management that is unresponsive, and accidentally locked me out of my unit when I needed it.

I've been here for several years now and had 1 issue that was resolved very quickly with no hassle. Unit area is always clean and staff have always been super helpful with any questions. Convenient location is a plus.

As of right now my thoughts on this place are it is clean, easy to navigate, and the team members have been very calm, polite, and helpful. As I continue storing my stuff here for the time being, I reserve the right to change my opinion of this facility and organization as a whole at any time for any reason especially if poor decision making from leadership or management is experienced. Would recommend for now 😌

Highly recommend looking elsewhere.
We’ve worked with over 100 storage facilities and have never encountered a worse management experience. This location’s manager directly lied to us after making clear promises and handled the situation with complete dishonesty. Because of that, not only have they lost me as a customer, but they’ve also caused another nearby location to lose multiple rented units due to the same misleading behavior.
We cleared out a unit won at auction that contained drugs and other illegal materials. Even after filing a police report, the manager assured us the situation was handled—only to push us into cleaning it up ourselves. After we did exactly what was asked, we were mocked for following their instructions.
Our company clears units to donate items to local shelters and nonprofits, and this is the only location out of more than 100 that has made that process so unnecessarily difficult. It’s disappointing to see leadership this poor, especially when other CubeSmart locations have been nothing but professional.
If you’re considering storage in the area, I strongly suggest using Extra Space Storage instead—they have far better leadership and integrity.

Bad service. Spoke to Aubrey about making a payment, and he kept on interrupting me while I was asking questions on how, insisting he'd already told someone else (not me) the answer. When I FINALLY got him to agree to give me the phone number to make a payment, I got hung up on after the 3rd digit.
I called right back but was told by someone else that he'd just stepped out, and he wasn't able to give me the rest of the number.

Best spot to keep storage! Had my stuff stolen @ Extra Space, but cubesmart has been amazing and so safe and ZERO break-ins! 10000% recommend!
