The staff have been good and helpful. Generally kept pretty clean. The big downside is that my unit was robbed. A box of power tools and other items were stolen. The staff were helpful. When I tried to get the insurance to cover replacement I hit a wall. Very uncooperative. Also a problem with constantly rising rent. The most recent increase was $52.

Been customer for 4+ years. Come back to my belongings covered in mold and am told to contact insurance by Alexander. My payment is due the following day. I am then told by Alexander at the front desk I cannot be guaranteed I will have access to my belongings if I don’t pay them next month, despite paying them over 5k for the duration of my lease for a CLIMATE CONTROLLED unit. It’s Alexander and another guy that does all the locking in the event of non-payment. I am provided the “direct contact” of the district manager Ruben after Alexander reached out to him and was told I could not be guaranteed 1 month free during this claim process. This direct contact was for a general inquiry line. I then tell Alex to call back Ruben and I speak with him directly. I am then again told I cannot be guaranteed access to my belongings unless I give them more money for services they failed to render. This is known as extortion at threat of losing access to my property. This company is out of line and does not care about their customers. Again, that is Alex at the front desk and Ruben as the district manager. I will remove and/or update this review if I am contacted by their superiors. I have taken pictures of my unit at the time of my departure, and if my property is further molested I will be seeking litigation. Do not do business here. They are crooks.
Update: Do not take their reply as a sign of attempting to remedy the situation or good customer service. They use a 3rd party out of state insurance provider that is equally as incompetent. It is then incumbent on you, the customer, to assess damage. They do not have an adjuster come out and document the damage or loss of property Cubesmart facilitates.

Online auction photos of lien units are being taken from inside the unit. Huge red flag, big big no no on their end. Screams TAMPERING!

Rocky was great. I had a couple of issues that he was able to resolve quickly and was able to get me into the appropriate sized unit for my needs. Facility is always clean when I’m there.

I walked in this place and immediately my guy Rocky Romo came to my rescue, showed me around, picked out the perfect unit for my needs and explained everything to me with confidence he also walked me through how to apply for a position at CubeSmart. Thanks Rocky, I definitely appreciate you and I definitely recommend this storage facility.
