Dena was excellent! Signing up was easy fast and convenient. I had a 5x5 on the 3rd floor and they have caddies on sight to help with moving big items and an elevator for convenience. Great place!

My unit (and many others) were robbed, and I've been storing my things here for less than 3 months. As you can see from the reviews, this isn't the first time. Leave your things here at your own risk, the locks they require you to use can and will be picked.

Location at I35 and Oltdorf is spicnspan clean and the general manager Gary is a gem in contrast to a world of corporate toads.

James is exactly the kind of store managers you need at these types of places. Cool,calm,collected. I don't have time for Tom Foolery and James definitely helped me feel like there wasn't any. Clean place. Never had an issue. Nice coded gate access for every entry which is nice. Carts available. You can't go wrong.
Again. James is the man.

If I could rate this place negative stars, I would. My girlfriend rents from here and multiple items were stolen totaling well over 3 grand. We should have moved our things out then but we thought we fixed the issue, only to find new things stolen from the storage. When we talked to the personnel there they made it seem like it was our fault for not changing units! I’m still shocked, they didn’t take any responsibility.
They have to figure out the security issue and at this point they should refund us the entirety of what we have paid to store our things here. As a fun bonus, there are feral dogs that roam the area and people have been bit. Stay away!
