A good place to store all your belongings

Our unit, along with many at this location, was broken into and vandalized this summer requiring hours of sifting through the damage, replacing what was stolen, filing police reports, and generally coping with the fallout.
In consideration for the inconvenience, I asked for a refund on the single month that they allowed this to happen. I was told no because "legally we are not responsible for criminal activity on our premises".
While I suppose this is technically true, it was still shocking that they felt no obligation whatsoever to offer anything in the form of recompense.

Norma is great! She made the rental process easy and fast. Norma deserves 5 stars!
However, the elevator situation at the Burnet location is less than ideal. It took my movers twice as long because we were having to constantly wait in line to use the lift.

Easy set up, affordable, and great location. Very secure as well with needing keypad to get into any door or elevator! Highly recommend.

Norma was incredibly helpful and pointed out that we had reserved a unit that was not a normal shape. We were able to see the unit and another to make a better informed choice. She was friendly and helpful and we are happy to be storing at CubeSmart again.

I had the best experience here. I paid online and it was super easy and secure to get access to my storage unit. The office called and made sure everything went smoothly.

Last Saturday I went to renew our storage rental at the Burnet Road location. The representative was pleasant to work with and gave me some options on renewing. She helped me to select an option and quickly finished the charge transaction.

Front desk staff was always super helpful, nice, professional and assisted via email, phone or in-person. They recommended cost-savings option to me when I came to inquire and were easy to work with once we no longer needed a storage unit.

I've had a number of storage spaces at this location over the past few years. Whether Cheryl or Norma or anyone else on the staff, I've always had a fantastic customer experience here. Great central location as well.

The lady at the office was extremely helpful. She navigated me throughout attaining a storage space, answering all of my questions. My only concern was that I did not realize the cost for locks, insurance and rules for evictions. Doesn't the facility carry insurance to protect customers?I have heard of break-ins all over the Austin area. Or are customers paying the cube Smart insurance?

The facility was generally clean and seemed reasonably secure, but the ever-increasing rental rates were higher than equivalent storage businesses in the Austin area. Also, the facility seemed to perpetually have operating issues with their elevators and entry/exit gates.

BEWARE! This place will lie and scam! They overcharged us, refused to accept any responsibility, or credit the overage amount, as well as they attempted to lie about the unit being trashed which luckily we have photos that was not the case. I would NOT rent from this place again. Their prices are not great and the customer service is horrible.
