CubeSmart made it very easy for me to rent a storage. I did everything online and included the gate code. Once I opened the temporary lock, my free lock was inside the storage. No contact with anyone, no COVID. Thank you CubeSmart.

My lock broke and people keep getting into my storage. When I made the management aware I was told they didn't have any spare parts and was dismissed. My lock is still broken. They dont care

Rose did an amazing job of helping get a unit ! I walked in and didn’t have a clue of anything , she walked me through the units and helped me find a great one with everything I needed , close access , and making sure I’m situated perfectly. Very sweet, patient , understanding and helpful! Thanks again rose !!!

Great service. Great price on 10 x 30'. Glitch in setting up entry code was only drawback, but office personnel assisted my entry.

The gate has been broken since I got a storage unit, it’s very annoying since you have to get out of your car, go punch in the code and then run back into ur car to get out from the entrance side. I got the unit online so I didn’t know it was broken. Also, there’s a lot of homeless people around. I don’t feel safe even leaving my personal belongings here anymore.

The gate has been damaged for three months, it’s terrible to have to get out of your car to get out and open the entrance gate, I think it’s something quite easy to fix, but apparently they’re not interested on fix it.
