I've been here twice, now. Right off, I have to say that these wonderful people are kind, compasionate, and patient as heck. They are, also, as their advertising states, very welcoming to anyone, reguardless of where you come in on the rainbow. Which, honestly, is very important to us.I brought my wife here for our 25th anniversary to get her nails done. The artist checked in with her often, making sure that wife liked what the artist was planning. Wife loved the whole experience, and felt very comfortable. We came back a few days later to get our first tattoo (couples tattoo). The tattoo artist was simply amazing. We had a specific tattoo design we needed, and she was very, very accommodating. She took time to go through the design with us, and made sure it was exactly what we wanted, design and size both. I cannot recommend her more highly.I will absolutely continue to come here to get work done.

Such a cute studio. Vanity did my nails and I’m a bit newer to having gel nails and she was super gentle and quick. Love the facility and the vibe there.

This was my first time at Cute and I loved it! The staff were very nice and the environment was fun! The only room for improvement I would recommend is to test your lacquer before putting them on the shelf. The color I chose was streaky- even after three coats. I let my nails dry for two hours before putting on any socks and my nail polish still smudged. It was definitely disappointing after having such a positive experience to end on this note. Since the product is made in- house - it just seems that there could be more quality control in place.

I recently experienced Cutie on Congress in Austin, Texas. The salon's Japanese-inspired, all-pink aesthetic creates a uniquely charming atmosphere. The staff, especially one of the newer members, were incredibly friendly, adding a positive touch to the visit. However, there are some drawbacks. The cash-only policy, although they provide their own ATM, might catch you off guard. The tiered pricing system, with the $180 second-level package, delivered intricate designs but left one nail crooked and had uneven polish. Despite the friendly staff, post-holiday returns were challenging due to their policies. In conclusion, if you're willing to pay for the aesthetic and a potentially hit-or-miss nail art experience, Cutie on Congress might be worth a visit.I chose to avoid pictures of my nails because I don’t want to have a negative effect on my nail tech who was super sweet !

Love how gay it is here, it’s never too quiet or too loud and the receptionist is so sweet. Suki is always so kind and puts up with me changing my mind a million times before settling on a design and kills it every time!!!! I showed her a picture and she captured it perfectly. My gel nails stayed on for literally 4+ weeks and didn’t budge, looked healthy and gorgeous underneath (the last place I went to made my nail beds look dehydrated.) Everything is sterile, everyone is educated too. I live across town which is 600 light years away with ATX traffic but this place has my unwavering loyalty foreverrrr

Maddi Scheckter is simply the best! I’ve been a loyal client of Maddi’s for nearly two years, visiting her every 2 to 3 weeks. Her expertise in hard gel and apres gel extensions is nothing short of incredible. Maddi’s creativity and consistency shine through in her work. There are times when I walk into my appointment with a clear vision, and Maddi can effortlessly bring it to life. On other occasions, when I’m unsure of what I want, I trust her completely, and she never fails to amaze me with her creations.Maddi is not only skilled but also thorough, punctual, and is extremely clean and sanitary. Besides her exceptional work, I genuinely enjoy our conversations and catching up; it’s a bonus that we’re both fellow cat lovers. ?She also made my wedding manicure and pedicure absolutely perfect. We tried many options and she always took notes of what I did and didn’t like and what colors to use for the big day. Maddi’s commitment to perfection is evident, and I always feel like I have her undivided attention. I wholeheartedly recommend her services.Cute Nail Studios offers a fantastic and enjoyable environment. I absolutely adore the atmosphere they’ve created in the studio. Not to mention, they boast some great products – their cuticle oil is a must-have in my nail care routine. What sets them apart is their modern approach to communication – you can simply text their reception instead of making a phone call, and they are incredibly responsive and accommodating.I highly recommend their services. My only suggestion would be to provide Wi-Fi for guests. While I usually have good service throughout Austin, the studio’s building can be a bit of a dead zone, making it challenging to pull up nail inspiration on Pinterest. With Wi-Fi, Cute Nail Studios would be absolutely perfect.

Cute was an awesome place to get nails done! So CUTE and the staff was super flexible when I had an accident and had to arrive late. The stylist took great care with my nails and did an amazing job. My only complaint is that it was freezing and they couldn’t adjust the AC to not be blowing directly on where was sitting. I couldn’t fully relax during the manicure because I was so cold!

I cannot say enough good things about Cute Nail Studio. I've never had a go-to nail person before, but that changed when I had my first appointment with Maddi. I ended up being a regular for a little over two years and would still be one if I wasn't moving to a different state. Maddi is incredibly gifted and took such great care of my nails -- her design work is intricate and detailed. It didn't hurt that she is simply a joy to speak with and an overall dope human being. One of the things I will miss the most after my move is my monthly gab sessions with Maddi, and I will be making special trips back to Austin to get my nails done with her again!Services: Nail art

Super cute shop. Stopped by to get a little waxing done before a an outing on the water that weekend. It’s super easy to book online. It is cash only, but they conveniently have an ATM on site if you forget to swing by the bank. Will definitely be back.

Cute’s original rainbow house location is always nice to visit. The wall art rotates and features cool local artists, the nail techs are talented, and the bathroom is just fun. I was able to book a last-minute pedicure on my birthday, and I’m so glad I decided to drive across town for it instead of take a chance at a nearby in-and-out nail salon (you know the ones - the salons that treat you like a transaction). Aspen was incredibly kind and easy to talk to! It was apparent that she loves her job and that made me happy to be there too.And if you’re a regular customer, you get a free mini cuticle oil during your birthday! They all smell so delicious, it was hard to choose one.
