I've been coming to this CVS for about a decade. I have found that most of the clerks and most of the people who work here are considerate and very helpful. In the pharmacy there is rarely a line and for the most part the people that work there are pleasant and helpful, save for one of the lead pharmacist who in the past has been quite rude and unprofessional. I try to avoid her.
As for the Quick Clinic, I visited there recently for the first time with what I felt was an urgent issue. The Dr. was very pleasant and put my mind at ease as she examined me.
Unfortunately, I came back a few minutes later to ask her another question about my issue and I overheard her on the phone having a big hearty laugh about me and my health issue. She quickly said, "I'm not laughing at you." Needless to say I won't be visiting Quick Minute anymore.
Other than that it's my favorite pharmacy and store. If it wasn't for the occasionally rude pharmacist and the Dr. who thinks her patients are a joke I would have given 5 stars.

DO NOT COME TO THIS CVS! CHARM IS THE NURSE HERE AND SHE IS NOTHING MORE THAN A RUDE HUMAN BEING WHO DOESN'T CARE ABOUT SERVING PATIENTS. I am currently waiting to be seen and she wouldn't let me use the bathroom and told me to go ask the front desk. She was extremely rude about it and asked if I was on the list tobe seen and I was so when I told her that she said she didn't know why they told me that she could unlock the restrooms and told me to go ask the front while looking at me glaring with her fake lip injections and fake lashes. She needs to be less superficial and help people who are diabetic etc. OMG you should have ? been in a different field girl cause you're not all that!

CVS Minute clinic is wonderful. Both providers helped me with infections when my regular clinic was booked up. They are kind, knowledgeable, and it is fantastic to be able to fill the RX at the pharmacy within the hour. I am so grateful; they are fantastic resource to patients since regular clinics are usually booked solid. Thanks for being an invaluable resource to South Austin.

Again, all the insurance records messed up. I've had to update my insurance information (I've had the same insurance company for five years) four times this year alone. The very sweet pharmacy aide said, as she looked up my insurance policy, that it has been changed multiple times. Not by me it hasn't. Their record keeping seems to be a mess.

This pharmacy has to be the most inefficient places on earth. Can't seem to read instructions. Don't care if people are in pain. Slower than molasses.

Never gets my medication says it's there and then when I show up it's not and most of them are rude except a couple of people mainly over the phone they aren't the kindest unfortunately
