The pharmacist here(Nancy?) and her team is very helpful! I appreciate they are always looking out for me whether it be something to do with my insurance/prescription, the best cost for a prescription I'm getting, or any other small health related question. Thank you for all that you do! :)

Shockingly rude for no reason. Got snarked at for showing up for my scheduled Minute Clinic Appointment for a vaccine. After leaving and confirming the correct address, I called and told them I was at the right place for my vaccine and she told me I was supposed to say it was an “Immunization Appointment,” despite me literally booking it on the CVS Minute Clinic page. Do yourself a favor and go to a different location.

Only one person upstairs working on Saturday at 1 pm and merchandise is mostly locked up. The woman working was so rude we just left all our items we were about to purchase and exited the store. Will never come back.

I arrived at this location today in a panick and anxiety ridden. The ENTIRE STAFF jumped in to help and I could nit be more grateful. This store should be part of training other stores. EVEY SINGLE PERSON WORKED TOGETHER AND GAVE BETTER SERVICE THAN I DESERVED. THANK YOU! I WILL FOREVER BE GRATEFUL!

This store is just empty. Shelves are barely stocked, usually only 1-2 products left. It's very common to find food items that are expired. Not a reliable store for getting anything edible, which is weird considering they are a downtown location. See photo for expired chocolates. These were the only three packages left in the store.

I was out with some friends and we decided to get some beer to take home with some friends. The guy at the register was pretty nice no problem. We walked outside and there was this girl screaming at a homeless person and throwing food at him. It was super disturbing. The guy inside the store came out and told her to stop. She kept saying that she didn't move to downtown Austin to be greeted by homeless people and she pays to much for this crap. A guy that was with her called her Emily and told her to stop. Such rude people in Austin this days.

Nice location to have but often poorly stocked and the person sitting by the door who tries to get your attention when you enter is extremely ungrateful if you do give him anything. Tried to give him a box of granola bars and was met with "I don't want your BS" as he threw them across the sidewalk.

You know, sometimes you just need a cvs that you can walk/stumble to when you are sick at a conference. Yes, you have to wander through unsheltered hanging out on the sidewalks in front of the property. Yes, you have to go upstairs to get to the pharmacy. Who cares. They have what you need (mostly) and when you're sick that's what matters most.
