I recently moved from Florida where my CVS visits were consistently horrible due to understaffing and poor management. Unfortunately this was the service I was expecting here in Austin as well. I was pleasantly surprised after my first pharmacy visit by how organized and efficient the process was. Well I just returned for my 2nd visit, to pickup a prescription and to get a Covid Vaccine. I was assisted by the pharmacy manager Austin and I immediately understood why things ran so smoothly at this location. Austin was professional, extremely helpful and basically exceeded all of my expectations. He is an amazing asset to this organization and I hope that CVS can find more people like Austin to run their other locations. Thank you for a great experience.

This is a great CVS, even though it is in a little run down building. It smack dab in the middle of University of Texas Campus, which makes it very convenient. Especially, since they have tons of cold and flu medicines and a late pharmacy. They also have great coupons if you have a CVS card. It's free, so I recommend it. There are two stories. 1st has all the incdidentals and refrigerataed goods, including BEER! The second is the Pharmacy and household goods and medicines. It is really the only name brand pharmacy close to campus, and the students are really luck to have it.

Shame I can't give a half star. I am a diabetic veteran. Bad enough I can't get insulin needles from the VA because it would hurt thier bonus pay for beuing under budget. SO i tried the CVS at William Cannon and Manchaca.Yes we have thise type of needles. They had them all right. A box of 300 costs 50c aa piece. Can't break open a box. And thanks for the side of attitude. recommend avoid this money pit.

If I could give a worse rating, I would. Be prepared to carve out an entire afternoon waiting on your meds and if you try to call, they will never pick up the phone.

The manager at this location is great! They are sweet and the cashiers will jump to assist you. I usually do t leave reviews but I had for this store, every time go I leave with a smile on my face bc of all the jokes that are exchanged between me and the staff :)

The slowest pharmacy I have ever been to which sucks because parking is not free so you end up paying more just by waiting

A manager in here accused me of theft and chased me to another store. I emptied my pockets. I went back to buy something to show good faith but he kept shouting at me. I have never stolen anything in my life.

When I arrived to this cvs for my Covid shot I thought, this is so dirty looking but maybe it's better inside. It was not better inside, it smells like they let people pee in the corner of the store. After receiving my vaccine, I had to sit and wait 15 minutes until they would give me my vaccination card (this is fine I know you are supposed to do this). Y'all I kid you not, while I was waiting a RAT ran past my foot. I have never gathered my things and gotten out of a store so fast.

I have pictures where 2 ladies bought maybe 60 tide liquids and 40 downy liquid. I came at 8:15am and unable to buy any detergent. I asked the cashier is there not a limit so other customers can get stuff. They replied NO. Cvs on Berkman in Austin Tx. Very di

I've been using Dobie CVS for the past 2-3 years and I can honestly say I've never had a problem. I really like the fact that they offer delivery. They're always really helpful when I have a question about a prescription, insurance, etc. Once a year during the fall, they politely and professionally stab me in the arm to prevent me from getting the flu. They don't judge me for being 22 and still afraid of needles. Not sure what else I could ask for in a pharmacy.

Really love the CVS here! Everyone here is so competent and nice :) sometimes there will be a person or two waiting, but it's never too long.

Best part about this place was that it was open 24 hours. All of a sudden, closed at 12am. Are you kidding me? Absolutely ridiculous. Lost my business, that's for sure. Just another case of a greedy west campus spot taking advantage of their location. Disrespect at its finest.

I walked in right at 7 while they were locking up and they were kind enough to let me grab a few things.

Beware of Heather Keating, the pharmacist. She doesn't train her assistants, heard her scold one of them after they had accepted an order from a doctor over the phone, which is illegal. The same assistant took 25 minutes to figure out that they had the generics for the medicines I was buying. At that point, the pharmacist informed me that they were closing and that she couldn't give me the medicine. Despite the fact that this was the assistant's fault, she would not budge and asked me to walk to another pharmacy or wait until noon the next day. There were no other customers either. Switched over to another pharmacy from now on but people should know: they don't really care about customers' health.
