As always I was treated respectfully, the person who dealt with me did several checks to make certain my prescription was correct and she maintained a friendly, genuine demeanor.

Very rude pharmacy staff. Called my regular location to ask for a refill, they said it was ready at this location. I get there and they were very rude, not just the one attending me and said they don't have it because I "JUST" picked it up. I picked it up a over a month ago and needed a refill. Come back later and different pharmacist, very kind and smiling at the man in front of me, was very rude to me and when asking for my information cut me off three times and tossed the medication on the counter. It was very disheartening, I wasn't rude or anything.

The drive through has no motivation to get people through. It's as if the workers are incompetent. I have switched my pharmacy since this location gives CVS a bad name.

I went in for a money gram and the lady that said she was the manager said I could not get my money due to her not wanting to give me 100 saying she did not have change but never even opened the draw to check asked for manager she got snoby and I had to walk out befor I snapped

This pharmacy and its staff should be shame-faced. The staff is entirely incompetent, no matter how well prepared their patients are. This CVS staff of pharmacists manages to botch every order I send their way. Don't bother to waste any time listening to excuses. That is the one.commodity that CVS pharmacy staff people actually deliver. They have no end of excuses for their incompetent service, their rudeness to their customers, nor are they short on disgrace or dishonor. They are stocked up full with their own inner humiliation and there is so much failure when attempting the simplest, work,, or to do the lowest, easiest jobs. How many times has this pharmacy botched the simplest transaction. Even my Doctor and his staff have told me to end it with these clowns, and drive just a little bit further to a real pharmacy. This is not my first rodeo in Texas, so I know when toxic businesses are gaslighting me. I won't forecast that your next visit to this pharmacy will be your absolute worst, but I would say that it will come very close. I encourage anyone out there to cast a,,"Going out of business" curse on this CVS, as soon as it can be performed. The sooner this CVS is erased and completely gone, that will be a greater day for Austin and Central Texas. I wish I could give them a full zero rating, because that is the most accurate rating for this store. The pharmacists are a thundering disgrace!.

This is the WORST CVS of all time. I can not believe I came here over Walgreens across the street. I placed a SAME day order photo order. Didn't get the "it's ready" email until THREE days later. Came to pick it up and guess what, it wasn't ready. Couldn't even find the order until he called the supervisor. Then the completely unhelpful supervisor found it and told him to do the order and told me it would be a minute. He had never done it before and had no idea what he was doing. I waited 30min and asked I could just leave and come back and was again told they were almost done. I've been here an HOUR and it's maybe halfway done. People keep coming up to check out or ask questions. Not only should my order have been ready but where is the supervisor???? Obviously she knows how to do this faster than him and he can only do so much by himself, this poor guy!! He is totally stressed and I am too. Never ever will I come back here.

BAD LOOK FOR CVS!!! We arrived at 8:40p and noticed the doors locked then saw someone walk up in regular clothes to open the door with keys. We asked about the hours not making sense because the door said closed at 9pm on Saturdays but the website says 10p. They told us only this store closes at 8:40p and won't allow customers in. Maybe the kids running this store are wanting to close early so they can get to the weekend. Very disappointing and they lost my business for good.

Really nice pharmacists, but every time I've had to talk to a pharmacist on the phone rather than using the automated system, I'm on hold for at least 15 minutes. It's pretty frustrating when I only have one question! ):
