Horrible prescription experience\\n\\nThey kept saying the order will be ready in the next couple of hours, every single day. I checked I have the right number in their system, but never got a message the prescription is ready.\\n\\nAfter going to the store directly, the prescription we ready but couldn’t be found.

Pharmacy never answers the phone at this location. Maybe Corporate needs to re-evaluate the type of employees they have working at this location.

These folks just don't have enough people working here. I have to use CVS, so I switched to a different one farther away from me (7300 hwy 620) and enrolled in their CarePass program. I get my my prescriptions delivered whenever I can, and the extra drive time is less than the time I spent chasing this CVS.

Manager is very rude, did not let another employee give me my medication as I reached there just before the closing time.

Don't schedule a Covid test at this location! Even though the online system allows you to schedule, they are no longer performing Covid tests here. Not only will the turn you away, they will also tell you there is nothing they can do about the online system or to help you get a new appointment at a different location. No customer service, no accountability, no help here. They told me they closed their drive-thru indefinitely due to staffing shortages. So, no efficiency either.

I went in to pick up my prescription and it was short of what it was suppose to be as prescribed by my M.D. When u asked the Pharmacist, name of Sandra, why, she literally screamed at me!! I have NEVER had a good experience in this Store, and the people who work there have terrible attitudes!!!! Do yourself a favor and go to professionals who work at the Target CBS!!! THOSE women rock!!!!!

Pharmacy here is dysfunctional, rude and doesn't care about what they need to do. CVS is bad but this location takes the cake. Avoid at all costs. Aetna has made it worse. This is healthcare at its worst.

Legit worst cvs ever. Rude and will find any reason to not do their work. I've had my doctor call them a bunch of times to confirm my scripts and they just seems lazy and would rather look for a reason to do their job.

The vaccination appointment system is closed on its website. I walked into another store, and they sent me to this address, saying they'd help me. Even though they were still in their busyness hours, they refused to give this service to me. So, CVS, what is your solution? Your system is closed, and your workers reject the customers? Isn't it a false advertisement? You should declare that you don't provide vaccination services instead of making people drive between your useless centers.

Minute Clinic-I was trying to prevent the condition of inner ear "vertigo" symptoms from getting worse. When I was a swimmer (40 years younger), they were frequent. The last one was 9 years ago-(snorkeling), this one-from showers. $140 visit for no prescription-I guess I'm too old school.I'm out of town on contract work and wanted to make sure I got quick care so it didn't get worse- I should have googled it and tried it myself.Stupid me-They started with-"I have sent people to ER and ear nose and throat specialist with the symptoms you have." I should have left on that note-But it continued with-it "could be menageries disease"-This was the first episode in 10 years-Why would you tell a client all the things it could be? It's a first visit in 9 years....one single occurrence.I like my physician to be confident-If your going to google-do it without me being present. If your under pressure to get well soon aThis may not be the option with the most confidence. We can learn a few things on both sides of this experience -The best to all of you! If the suggestion works..I'll send forth my apologies!

The pharmacy NEVER answers the phone. I absolutely hate it! You actually have to go in and speak with them if you need any help. It takes FOREVER!

The worst CVS pharmacy. I have done business with many due to moving and never had issues, but it's like this location doesn't know how to fill prescriptions on time or at least close to on time. They also rarely answer the pharmacy phone, I have been on hold for 45 minutes twice and still no one picked up. And the only reason I was calling was to get an update on my prescription (that was late). I have prescriptions that NEED to be taken ON TIME and the only way I get this location to fill them is when I'm upset with them on the phone or at the drive thru telling them I needed to take it YESTERDAY. They lie on the phone saying it should be ready in 20 minutes and then the pharmacy closes 3 hours later (it still wasn't ready anyways), then the next day almost 24 hours later at the drive thru they tell me it should be ready in 20 minutes. Pretty sure that's just a line they use to get you off the phone with them or out of the drive thru.Edit: And yes, I did give them several chances and months of business to see if it got better. It didn't. It just got worse.
