Bathroom possibly worse condition of any health store I’ve seen. Picture definitely doesn’t do it justice. Just think Walmart of i35 in the middle of town.

I scheduled a min clinic appt here a day prior. I showed up 10 min early. There was another person there waiting so I waited a while. 20 min after my appt time, there was no calling of new patients so I asked the pharmacy if it was open. Apparently no one has any idea. No one showed up for their shift. The manager offered no apologies or assistance to try and find a new appt. They didn’t even suggest staying or leaving. Never again will I go here

I have seen this CVS store and pharmacy greatly improve over the last year. The manager is really good, everything is clean, and the staff is very knowledgeable, helpful, and kind.

The pharmacists and their team are amazing. Please give them raises. They are tired and in the brink of breaking down. They are doing life saving work for only $16.50 an hour. They are over worked and is affecting everyone. I called in to try and get my prescription filled for a surgery and was on hold for an hour and 15 minutes. During that time I drove there. Absolutely ridiculous. Treat your employees like people, pay them a liveable wages, and give them normal hours

I don't recommend anyone go here, the app will say an RX is available but you show up and it's not. I asked why and the pharmacist instantly admitted the app is 'always wrong'. So even the staff knows how poorly run this place is. Twice I made a vaccine appointment and each time they said they don't have the vaccine & they ran out. But I made a reservation beforehand, so how could you run out? They obviously don't take the appointments seriously? 'We don't have the new vaccine in yet.' But the website says you do, why take appointments if you don't have it? I was told to call in, I did then still arrived and was told they were out. Infuriating. Whenever you call in and wait on hold, they're constantly saying use the app no wait times on the website/app. They don't want to hire more people to save $, then recommend an app that is inaccurate. Great customer service. Im switching pharmacies right now

Chris is awesome and the only reason im giving 5 stars. Hes always polite and very helpful. Hes friendly and knowledgeable. Every time i come in hes on point with helping me find stuff.

I have been picking up prescriptions at this CVS for years. They have been prompt and helpful; I have no complaints about the pharmacy or its staff. Don't try to make a left turn onto 620 from the CVS parking lot though. Go to the El Salido signal by exiting the CVS parking lot from the rear and wait for the light.

The pharmacist working here is the type of person who went to pharmacy school for no other reason than “””$””” she could care less about patients or people in general. Nothing more disgusting than people like her working on ANYTHING healthcare related.
