Terrible Service – Treated Like Sheep, Not Patients
If you’re looking for customer service that makes you feel like a human being, don’t expect it at this CVS pharmacy—especially if you have the misfortune of dealing with Jennifer.
I recently asked why they were calling to request a “new prescription” when I had just handed them a paper copy less than a month ago. Jennifer’s response? “Because it expires.” When I asked why they didn’t notify me that it would expire before I could refill it, her answer was basically, “We have too many controlled substances and too many patients to tell everyone.”
Translation: we don’t have time to treat you like a person—just follow the herd. Sheep get more personalized care than this.
This location has mastered the art of making customers feel like an inconvenience instead of a priority. No courtesy, no initiative, no responsibility—just a robotic “one-size-fits-all” attitude while they shuffle people through the line.
Healthcare is supposed to be about people, not just profit. But here? It feels like it’s all about money and zero about patients. Whoever is running this place needs to step back and realize that customer service is the backbone of trust in healthcare. Right now, that trust is completely broken.
And then, to top it off, she asked if I wanted to talk to the pharmacist Carrie… only to dump me on hold. If you’re not going to help, why even waste my time with that song and dance?
Avoid this pharmacy if you value your time, your health, or being treated with even a shred of respect.

I bought Magnesium and the deal was buy one get one free but I just found one on the shelf and I asked for another one they said this is the last one then I asked for 50%off of the price because according the deal buy one get one free the cashier said no he can't do it can do it 25%off asked for manger the Operation Manger Cristina said I am the manager she was unprofessional and rude.

Nice CVS, but app availably sometimes doesn't match inventory quantity in the store. It's a systemic problem with all CVSs though.

CVS has completely gone automated and they refuse to let you talk to a human. They screw up the messaging and then you have to wait for up to an hour for them to call you back. If you’re on another call, they leave a message and you have to call all over again. It’s a 3 ring circle. Go to Walgreens or go to a delivery service. They want your business.

The pharmaceutical staff went above and beyond to help me. I had a coupon that wasn't working, the staff gave me the correct directions to get what was needed to process the coupon. I got the A Team on this one!

went in here for an online pickup order and WAITED 15 MINUTES AT THE COUNTER for someone to finally decide they wanted to come up from the back and give me my order! I even called the front desk and nobody answered. Absolutely ridiculous, definitely don’t order from this CVS unless you like to wait forever for your orders.

AmyMarie was so incredibly helpful! I went in to get my passport photo taken bc my last one was so horrible. She was so kind and even let me choose which one I liked more. thank u thank u !!

Apparently they don’t do kids (3 and under) passport photos even though the website says all ages…and even though another employee told me to my face on a previous visit that they could do them.

Very bad service and made me to come multiple times and after requesting also not sending msg to doctor for refill and it’s a blood pressure medication and emergency but still they are not bothered

Bathroom possibly worse condition of any health store I’ve seen. Picture definitely doesn’t do it justice. Just think Walmart of i35 in the middle of town.

I scheduled a min clinic appt here a day prior. I showed up 10 min early. There was another person there waiting so I waited a while. 20 min after my appt time, there was no calling of new patients so I asked the pharmacy if it was open. Apparently no one has any idea. No one showed up for their shift. The manager offered no apologies or assistance to try and find a new appt. They didn’t even suggest staying or leaving. Never again will I go here
