Very hit or miss.
I've gone first thing in the morning and the key holder is late, so we all had to wait in the lobby making me late to work. Now they are offering to auto fill scripts, even when you say no (3x) I'm still some how on the auto fill list.
These mistakes can be costly with insurance, so y'all might not want to just fill scripts for people. It's giving scammy vibes.

I went in to pickup a poster print I had ordered online with a BOGO free coupon applied at checkout. I get to the store, and the employee behind the counter was really impatient with me - ended up charging full price for both prints, refusing to acknowledge the fact that my order confirmation email clearly had a discounted order total. Guy was quite obviously high and wired out of his mind (grating his teeth like mad, constant sniffles), I could tell he had probably been sneaking some key bumps in the break room throughout the day. It’s kind of nice CVS is interested in community outreach, but I don’t think hiring one of the local tweakers on Guad is the right move for business. At least he doesn’t have a long commute 🤷♂️

I was scheduled to get a a booster Covid shot but before I did that I called them or tried to call them and leave a message to find out whether they had Moderna or not. They said they would call back within an hour. At least the voice activated system said that they never did and I’m not going because if no one gives me the courtesy of letting me know if they have the drug in stock why should I go over there. Terrible customer service? The answer is yes.

Expect to suffer if you're having an allergic emergency and need allergy meds as quickly as possible. They are located on second floor in the back of the store. Good luck.

The pharmacy always has the prescription early and really helps any issues you have quickly! The other staff members seem friendly too, and I’ve never had any problems while going here over twenty times :)

Horrible location if you drive a vehicle bc only paid street parking. Bad location if you are disabled. Pharmacy is upstairs and I don't know if they have an elevator.

THE CVS STORE THEY SHOULD RESPECT FOR DEAF PEOPLE , DISABILITY PEOPLE , WOMEN RIGHT , SPEECH RIGHT, RACE EQUAL. THEY TREAT MY FRIEND HORRIBLE ! THEY SHOULD NOT DO THAT TO OTHER CUSTOMERS LIKE HER.

Very slow, and not particularly friendly, and best of luck to you if you need them to actually answer the phone. Very disappointing and I will never go to this location again!

What a trashy experience getting threatened by a supervisor in the middle of working while telling him he needs to stop berating and talking down to his employee ....saying " I have a son who doesn't listen just like you" pulling pepper spray out trying to intimidate me like a sad pathetic waste of space.

I recently moved from Florida where my CVS visits were consistently horrible due to understaffing and poor management. Unfortunately this was the service I was expecting here in Austin as well. I was pleasantly surprised after my first pharmacy visit by how organized and efficient the process was. Well I just returned for my 2nd visit, to pickup a prescription and to get a Covid Vaccine. I was assisted by the pharmacy manager Austin and I immediately understood why things ran so smoothly at this location. Austin was professional, extremely helpful and basically exceeded all of my expectations. He is an amazing asset to this organization and I hope that CVS can find more people like Austin to run their other locations. Thank you for a great experience.
