On my most recent trip to CVS, I was looking for a certain item . However, it was kinda pricey ( the item ) But with the assistance of a very kind and polite cashier clerk ( Tim) assisted me with using my rewards card . That rewards card , aided me with quite nice discount . I departed the store a very pleased customer .

What I would imagine a Soviet Era store would look like.. shelves empty, a looming roll-down gate and a store in complete disrepair

I came here to purchase a specific medication that I needed because the store was 24 hours and also to deposit money into my bank account. I was taking a while to get to the register because I couldn’t find the medication but I was sure that they had to have it. It was 12:45 AM and and I had a full purse because I was on my way to stay the night with a friend and the cashier, Hispanic looking guy with shoulder length curly hair asked me if I needed help finding anything. I told him they didn’t have the medicine that I needed and he said that they did took me over to the area to look for it. It was not there obviously, but he did not believe me. He then proceeded to walk me to the register and I told him I needed one more thing and he asked me could I put my things on the counter and I was like sure and then he asked was there anything in my purse. As I said, I had a full purse because I was on my way to a nightcap. I happen to have a spray bottle that looks brand new and so he took it to the side, and I told him that I came in with it, and I could probably show him the receipt next to the money that I’m gonna deposit into my bank account but instead, I decided not to purchase anything there. He said sorry it was a high theft area so I guess I fit the profile according to him

Absolutely disgusting store. Kenya H. Had a terrible attitude when I tried to approach her for help. She watched me struggle with my groceries to get around her mess, then she went and made a racist remarks about me to another coworker in the next aisle while I was trying to get past the mess to get another item.
I put my items back on the shelves where I found them and left, I will never be shopping with a cvs again.

I just visited CVS and my experience was extremely disappointing. The store appeared empty when I arrived; no one was at the register, and I waited for nearly 10 minutes without any acknowledgment or assistance. The lack of a bell or any way to alert staff made the situation even more frustrating. After waiting for what felt like an eternity, I resorted to whistling to get someone’s attention.
Eventually, a staff member came to the front, but her demeanor was unprofessional and unpleasant. She seemed visibly annoyed to have to assist me. I was there to pick up photo prints, and the entire process was chaotic and poorly managed. At first, she tried to tell me my prints weren’t ready, even though I could clearly see them sitting on the counter. These were large poster prints, so they were hard to miss. She then explained that they were “not ready” because they were supposed to be in a box. However, there were no boxes available, which was not my responsibility to resolve.
When I pointed out the absurdity of the situation, her attitude worsened. I reminded her that I don’t work there and shouldn’t be expected to know how their processes work. Her attitude throughout the interaction was unnecessarily combative, which made an already frustrating situation worse.
What added to the disappointment was the manager, who was sitting in his little booth, clearly aware of what was going on but made no effort to step in or assist. This lack of leadership and accountability only highlighted the store’s disorganization and poor customer service.
Overall, the experience was unacceptable. The staff’s unprofessionalism, lack of organization, and complete disregard for customer satisfaction ensure that I will not return to this location, nor will I recommend it to others.

Avoid pharmacy drive thru or the pharmacy all together. Either not enough staff, or just no urgency to come to the window. Been 16 minutes still waiting for service.

While I had trouble with my online photo order because of their system updates (it wasn’t showing up in store) the manager Tim was very helpful, he explained what had been going on and gave me the resources I needed to resubmit my order. He was very calm despite doing so much, and super polite and funny! Thank you Tim!

This is an absolutely horrid place. I try not to complain but since this place has no concern for human life you have to speak up. Almost 3 days ago I had a COVID Test at this location. Charged me $69 even though I have insurance. Afterwards, I repeatedly called over the course of 3 days to get my test results. Each time I received a recorded message asking for my information, and telling me my test results are pending and that it might take 3 or more days for the results. Of course, this is quite inconvenient since I'm visiting my son in Austin and holed up alone in a hotel room. Finally, nearly 72 hours later, and since no one EVER answers the phone at CVS, I have to leave a phone message demanding an answer. Shortly thereafter I received a call from CVS telling me they've known I was positive for many days. They simply don't call, text, email or notify you in any manner. They said they turn all that notification business over to a third party, and your phone message will keep telling you test results are still pending...I guess...until you die of COVID...literally. Of course, when I call CVS Corporate, I'm told the pharmacy is suppose to call me within 45 minutes of a positive test result. Oh well, nobody got the memo. Bottom line, this is a completely incompetent pharmacy. Don't ever trust them with any of your medical needs.
