This is a good CVS! I’ve been in some not so great ones, and this one is a relief. Nice employees, clean, never too crowded.

Have always been happy with the staff until this week. The man, with the twisted up ponytail was very rude. I was waiting for an rx, having just come from the Dr & tested positive for influenza A. I went during their lunch & was waiting in line. I couldn’t stand in line any longer & needed to sit down because I was very weak & sick. So I moved a chair from the waiting area so I could sit down & still remain in line. When the pharmacy opened again I moved my chair forward as needed. When I got to the front of the line the clerk for the drive up with the twisty manbun said, lady you can’t sit there, while I got up to move my stuff that was on the counter, he removed my chair. When I turned around to find the chair gone, I asked a man in line where the chair went, then asked if the manbun had removed it, he said yes. I am a senior and was very sick, I was quietly waiting for my rx, but unable to stand any longer.
I have done a lot of business there and do not appreciate this kind of treatment. When I’m feeling better I’m changing cvs locations.

My go to CVS to get my prescription, the pharmacists are nice and fast, never had a problem here, they explain things patiently, the store itself has all the essentials you would expect at a CVS, the pharmacy is usually not crowded, haven't spent more than 5 minutes to pick up my prescription before, it is clean and seems safe, no complaints from my side.

Each time I have meds filled at this CVS on Burnet Road in Austin I am amazed at how quickly they are completed. The staff is ALWAYS kind, helpful and professional and those times when I had to leave a message, I was called back quickly. Couldn’t be happier with their service. Thank you!

Very regular, faithful CVS customer here. Stopped by to get some goodies for Easter. Medical history includes issues that require I stay near a restroom on occasion. I still live my life and trust the businesses I frequent will have the common courtesy of allowing their restroom use while shopping. They refused to allow me into the restroom, and when I asked for a manager, there was magically none around. This location is not a typical CVS store and therefore will NEVER get my business again.

AVOID. Mohamed Elattar gave me my Rx without applying insurance and did not tell me that. I got home and saw a note in the paperwork. I called and they blame "BCBS system outage" and said I can come back in for a refund. I tried to explain it costs me money, time, and physical pain to go back when they Should have made this clear from the start. The next day "Mosaab" refused to help me over the phone and began talking over me while I was still speaking. EXTREMELY RUDE. Now I am calling back and they are deliberately not answering the phone. I was going to move to this pharmacy but not anymore. Walgreens will be my next pharmacy attempt. Management needs to fix this location's staffing problems, if they care.

Whenever I go to this particular store I notice I never see an actual worker out on the floor. I think they understaff so there's actually only like one person working at any time (aside from the pharmacy) which is really frustrating if the self checkout is having issues or if I need my ID checked to buy alcohol. There also isn't much in stock and when I do buy something it's easily $2-4 more expensive than other places for no reason.
