Would give negative stars if possible. I have been going to this CVS for 7 years and in the last year it has been a total NIGHTMARE!! To start you are not allowed to call the pharmacy anymore with help for a prescription. I sat on hold for 30 minutes just to have a pharmacy tech hang up on me when I asked for help. When I called back the store informed me that you cannot choose an option to speak with the pharmacy. How am I supposed to ask for help when they are the ones who want me to reach out?
Second, if you have a manufacturer coupon they WILL SCAM YOU! First they say it doesn’t work after 30 minutes. They would only give one month for a price higher than the coupon. I have been trying to get a basic medication for months and finally reach out to Walgreens across the street and they were able to do everything in 10 minutes!! FROM PICK UP TO CHECK OUT WITH COUPON 5 MINUTES!! I got the 3 month prescription for $25 at Walgreens versus CVS with the SAME coupon charged me $75 for 3 months and $35 for one month. Have the receipts to prove it.
PLEASE LEAVE CVS AND GO ANYWHERE ELSE!!

Friendly and professional service by the entire CVS team from the warm greeting I received when entering the store to the fantastic pharmacy crew who handled the long line so efficiently. This is by far the best CVS in the area. On a day I was under the weather, these guys boosted my feelings (the drugs helped me too). Thank you all for an awesome customer experience. Outstanding in every way!

I always have issues with refills and also applying coupons. I usually refill on the app but when in checkout I find out that the coupon is not applied. Also as previously mentioned in the reviews they sometimes lose the refills. Even you cannot rely on delivery service because one of my medications was supposed to be kept refrigerated and the delivery person kept on scorching heat in Summer. None of my orders go correctly without calling them.

Employees have unprovoked attitudes and unwilling to provide info on return services that are supposed to be provided here. Product pricing are also higher compared to most other retail locations. Pharmacy prices are also higher than other providers nearby. Cant think of a reason to visit a cvs location, especially not this one.

We were helped by one of your employees. I am not very familiar at names, but she is 79 years old and usually works at night. Since she was 13, she has been working in retail. What an amazing angel.The majority of people in this generation do not go the extra mile for their customers like her. What amazing customer service. She deserves to be promoted or given a raise. She always checks our receipt or reminds me of the discounts I have on file whenever she helps us. I will come often to say hi to her. Please managers give her a raise or promotion. I will tell everyone to shop here because of her.

It's just really slow and they never have enough people on staff. The pharmacy isn't very friendly. They never answer their phones. Go to another location if you can.

Constant issues w the pharmacy.Dr calls in rx, somehow it disappears, long wait to get a person on the phone, sometimes only to have someone pick up and immediately hang up and then yay, gotta go through the automated system again.Not to mention the world's worst hold music.

This location DOES NOT perform covid test anymore because drive through window is closed! But the system still lets you schedule. Do not come here for covid test!!
