The CVS coupons save me a lot of money, l have saved over 250 dollars using the coupons this year, staff are always helpful, kind and considerate, Mr A is the best, the Far West store is excellent, clean, easy to find products, A plus, best pharmacy in Austin.

We came here for passport photos for my young kids. Ages 5 and 3 and for myself as well. Mr. Alieu was amazing with my two kids and very patient. It's hard to get littles to sit still for a photo much less me serious for it 😆 he took the time and care to review the photos and took multiples to make sure they met the passport standards.

I switched pharmacies years ago because the team were rude and not helpful. I ran into grab reading glasses and as I’m heading to check out around 8:55pm, I picked up an item in the holiday section and as I was looking at it a very unhappy, mean lady working told me I needed to leave they are closed. Then passed me in the aisle talking to herself in a frustrated manner. I knew not to go there and this confirmed I never will again. People working here are extremely unhappy.

They usually have what I want but today I couldn’t find what I was looking for and the website said it was in stock. There didn’t really seem to be anybody that worked there so I didn’t ask for help and just found it at Walgreens.

Photo and printing service is insanely bad. Twice in a row I have showed up after receiving an email that my order was ready, only to have rude employees unable to find the order and claim it’s not ready. The first time, I had to point to the packet of photos sitting by the computer and ask if they were mine. Employee said no. Another employee came, and after nearly ten more minutes of searching, picked up the packet I had pointed to and handed it to me.
I got an email later that afternoon that my second order was ready (a puzzle and a floating frame). I waited until the next day to come pick it up, only to be told again that the employee can’t find it and it must not be ready. Three separate employees have now come to try and find the order. Finally, one said it’s lost and asked if I wanted him to remake it.
Cannot stress enough that I will be using Shutterfly for all future photo orders.

Horrible service with printing premium albums. Even if it's a little cheaper than alternatives, the quality and service at this location were both abysmal.

They do a very good job . We had an our prescriptions at Anderson lane for 10 years
and just got tired of the terrible service . Far west does a great job , good people that know what they are doing .

I am surprised by the very negative reviews of the pharmacy at this location. While I've experienced poor customer service at many CVS pharmacies, my husband and I have experienced great customer service at this location. The pharmacist, Alex, and staff have gone above and beyond to help us solve challenging prescription issues! They are always patient and polite.

Avoid pharmacy at all costs- they help/checkout which ever customer they want and do not take next person in line - customer service is non existent- save yourself the aggravation and use HEB pharmacy.
