To the people on here complaining about the pharmacy, do it on the cvs PHARMACY side of the google page. CVS STORE is great, and I know employees are always trying their best to deliver a satisfactory service. I love couponing; although this store is not always stocked with the specific items i need, I make it work. Store probably not kept well stocked because of the high crime area and/or high demand idk whichever the case, there should be a security guard on the late hours since its open 24/7. Would definitely frequent more often if there was a higher sense of safety.

worst pharmacy ive ever been to. ive been fighting with them for months to fill a prescription that my doctor has sent multiple times! now i try calling to leave a message and they have voicemail disabled despite the automated system prompting to press 0 if i want to leave one. moving pharmacies immediately, the customer service is abyssmal

Be very careful driving in from the rear entrance. There is a foot-wide ditch that is missing covers that could damage your car. It’s been over a year and they haven’t fixed it.

One of the worst pharmacies i've ever been to. slower than sloths on slo mode, most don't know what to do and have to ask someone else. they make you stand in another line after you've waited to be helped in the first line. took about 30 minutes inside just to pick up my medicine, all i had to do was show updated insurance and reprint label.

Kayla in the pharmacy drive thru has the worst attitude. I would rather drive to a further location than to deal with her another time. This is the second time not the first, I figured she had a bad day the last time but clearly that’s not the case.

I’ve been sitting here at the pharmacy for 30 minutes to pick up a prescription that was sent over by the doctor around 11am and here it is almost 3pm and they haven’t filled my grandbaby prescription. The staff at this location is very slow. Unacceptable!

I just reported this cvs to the state of Texas board of pharmacy and attorney general. They’ve been submitting claims to my insurance for a prescription that we were never given by our physician. They’ve been using my daughter’s information, and been billing me 3 times now. I spoke with Rita and Patel and they just brushed me off instead of figuring out what is wrong.

I am a Cvs member, I pay monthly, I have never had problems with the staff, today I went at 3:15 in the afternoon and I bought a beer. There was a man with oriental eyes and I am 50 something years old and he asked me for ID. I HAD NEVER HAD A PROBLEM. MY FACE IS MY total ID set whatever date it wanted. He put a date in 1966, that's not my date. My date 1973 I hate that the staff is arrogant and rude, it has never happened to me only today March 19, 2024
