It's so difficult trying to get a hold of the pharmacy. I've called three or four times not waiting at least 15 minutes each time, and no one picks up.

The main cashier must be on something. I had a ups package redirected here cause I was gonna be out of town and when it came time to pick it up she just looked at every package like an idiot. Eventually she got her manager and he found my package in two seconds. Still a very poor experience all around.

My experiences at CVS Pharmacy have been downright infuriating due to the consistently rude behavior exhibited by the entire staff, including the manager. Every single visit feels like a battle, as even the most basic questions are met with dismissive and disrespectful responses. It's beyond frustrating, and I've reached a breaking point. Seriously contemplating ditching CVS altogether in favor of a pharmacy that understands the meaning of customer service. This level of rudeness is unacceptable and needs a drastic improvement if they want to keep any customers.

Pharmacy will NOT answer the phone. Store Manager is of ZERO help either. Do NOT waste your time or money at this CVS location (1801 W Parmer Ln, Austin TX)!!!!

Recently had to make some urgent prints so used the app and came here to print. However it turned out that the printing might not happen so quick so Tevonte suggested I use the in house screen to make my prints as it might print faster this way. Tevonte helped me so so so so much and I cant be more appreciative. You dont always come across people who make our problem their problem. It so happened that my original prints came later and I got two sets of the same prints which made me even happier.

instore and online price difference more than 50% for some items and best part is they wont match. that's the reason no one buys from them and store is empty. this is useless business model

They have handled all of my problems fairly and relatively quickly. Staff has been nice, helpful, and informative. I've lived near by for 2 years now so I feel they've been pretty consistent as well. Thanks!

Every time I need this pharmacy it’s a hassle. Long lines or excessively slow short lines at the drive through. Not having my medications ready, hours after prescriptions are sent. Pharmacy closed for 1.5 hours mid-day for lunch breaks. It’s always a dreaded experience. I’m so frustrated that my employer/insurance makes me use CVS. I’ll need to find another store, out of my way, to hopefully improve my experience.

I can see why the reviews are very low. The girl giving me my prescriptions was very rude so i asked to speak to the pharmacist and she was behind him rolling her eyes at me. Terrible service

Horrible customer service by Anthony, who Quran found me my prescription. He has a terrible attitude. I don’t know if he does. He’s even his real name. He wouldn’t give me any of his information.

Bad drive-thru pharmacy experience. I’ve tried to use the drive-thru on 3 separate occasions and there is always a line of 2-3 cars and a 20-30 minute wait. When you go inside there is no line and the staff get you through quickly.The staff need to manage the line better and tell people to go inside if their prescription isn’t ready. Cars will sit at the window for 10 minutes — it’s crazy!

Very impressed by the service. Came in for a passport photo. Was greeted immediately upon walking in and asked where to go for a photo. The young gentleman showed me to the photo background and I was in and out in less than 8 mins.

I was talked into getting the CVS Care Card and The manager Devonte was arguing with me about a $4 coupon for a pain reliever. What I bought was for pain and he kept saying it wasn’t so I finally got fed up with him and went back to the Pharmacy and spoke to the pharmacist and he clearly said it was for pain and he honored the coupon. Devonte was extremely unprofessional and rude. I will never walk into a CVS again!

Order calendars through their photo department, and received an email saying they were finished and ready for pickup. When I went to pick them up I was told “we don’t make calendars.” Would rate zero stars if it was possible.
