AS a newcomer to Austin TX I had several prescriptions to transfer. The pharmacist took care of finding all my prescriptions and made sure to transfer them to Austin. This whole process only took one day. Then, he arranged it so that all my prescriptions would be due at the same time so I wouldn't have to make 6 or 7 trips to the pharmacy every month.

I really appreciate the CVS Pharmacy and their helpfulness. I appreciate the option of pick up or delivery, as I get all of my prescriptions at CVS.

The folks here decide whether they wanna come in or not. Hours say it opens at 9 am….. but not open.

If I could give this place NEGATIVE stars I would. Pharmacist Patel was so very very rude. She refused to fill cough syrup for my 21-year-old daughter. She said that there is no way she would give her the quantity that doctor requested because she was 21. The doctor called and confirmed the quanity but she still would not fill it. Finally, after the doctor resent the prescription, Ms Patel agreed to do it. Unbelievable. There were five other prescriptions for my daughter who has the flu. Incomprehensible that she would just assume because someone is 21 that they are a drug seeking addict. Do not come to this pharmacy under any circumstances!

I arrived three minutes after the pharmacy had closed and the pharmacist Wu saw the panicked look on my face. She opened back up to give me my script, and was super kind and patient. I was leaving for vacation the next day, so she truly was my guardian angel.

My former nurse practioner and I have been seeing Simini and her team for well over a decade. Simini will always tell me if it's cheaper to switch from 90 to 30 day supply after my deductible has been met. This is something she does for all customers. Joe G. at the Great Hills location does not do this for his customers. That's why I switched back south. Alex, the pharmacy technician is the one who caught Great Hills' error of billing all my prescriptions to coupon instead of insurance. I ended up getting a $175 refund at the Great Hills location due to their error. Alex was able to fill my covid tests using Express Scripts, something Joe G. at the Great Hills location refused to even try, falsely alleging our insurance required a prescription. Ryan was able to transfer all my prescriptions from Great Hills back to South and have it delivered for free as a one time courtesy due to covid. This is why I would rather drive 30 minutes to see Simini and her team than to have crappy customer service at Great Hills.

I like the CVS inside Target because it's convenient to get prescriptions when I'm doing my grocery shopping. Target has so many things there there's always something I can find if I need to wait for the prescription.Simini is exceptionally helpful and even though they're always very busy they can explain anything to me and fit me in. They work hard and I appreciate the extra effort.

Would like to give a shoutout to Alex and Ryan who were very helpful when I was having issues with my insurance. They did not give up and helped me get the coverage figured out instead of paying $300 out of pocket! And got my RX filled same day. Great service all around.
