Terrible phone system. CVS is making it impossible to reach a pharmacist, you are forced to leave a voicemail and wait for a callback within the hour. I had a time-sensitive prescription need, taking my business elsewhere.

I freqnently visit this CVS. It's conveniently located and has plenty of parking. The staff are always friendly and helpful. I always find the medicinal items I need. Sometimes, the store runs out of my preferred personal care items, but there are so many brands I can usually find an alternative. The coupons help me save on my purchases.

5 stars for the pharmacy staff only. They were able to beat the rates of HEB, goodRx prices, and my own good health insurance price.
The rest of the store was OK. I would prefer to buy stuff from the HEB across the street.

Guy in black sweater behind the register at 3:20 is the reason we will NEVER step foot into another CVS. No wonder these stores are closing! Good riddance!

Was there today @3:20pm with my family getting some candy for a movie since it’s half off and everything was great until we got to the register. Gentleman at the register was off the bat unfriendly but when the candy wasn’t ringing up half off my father politely asked if there was an issue with the computer or if he needed to type something in for the half off deal. gentleman then said “what are you talking about?” “Type in your cvs number” in confrontational tone. My father asked if he was good And at this point the gentleman is just looking to start something with my dad and trying to be intimidating by saying “are you good? I’m good. Ya ya we’re good alright”. Made us super uncomfortable so we left. I get it, working on Christmas sucks, shoot I worked today this morning. But it still isn’t acceptable to act that way. I am never one to leave a a bad review but this experience was off putting.

Extra Care rewards program saves you so much money. The only downside is that certain items might not be in stock, but most of the time, I have no issues with this location.

Staff attempted to be helpful, but CVS is just a horribly operated company that can't perform basic aspects of their business. Appreciative of the staff that tried to help resolve the issue, and it's unfortunate their organization does not put them in situations to be effective.

I've been picking up my prescriptions from this location for a couple years now and I've never had a bad experience. The pharmacists are always knowledgeable and I've never had to wait too long in line. I also got my flu shot here and I was in and out in no time.

I booked a TB Titer blood draw and they didn't have a phlebotomist on duty. Instead of telling me this they tried to make my appointment into a regular doctors visit and tried to charge me 65$ and didn’t even draw my blood.

I can’t say enough wonderful things about the pharmacists here!! Incredibly knowledgable and kind - they’ve always taken such good care of our whole family. To this point - my dad is a physician in his eighties, and once when he called in a prescription for me he called me right afterward specifically to tell me how lovely and kind the pharmacist was! We’ve recently moved and have several pharmacy options closer to our house, but we wouldn’t dream of going anywhere else :)
