Cashiers are usually friendly and helpful . Especially the African American young cashier guy who worked last Sunday
( 5/11/25)around 12 p.m was super kind and was full of energy .Pharmacy staff is not very friendly at all . They will find what you need but their mood is not pleasant at all especially the you young Vietnamese / Chinese people who work there are not pleasant to deal with .This store is new and very easy for us to shop .it’s clean and also variety of products are available .

At our neighborhood CVS I purchased a pair of earrings from a discount bin. The team member who checked me out noticed that one of the earrings was missing a stone. He suggested I check the bin for another pair that had all the stones. His sharp eye and caring attitude made my final purchase a success!

Bad management, CVS corporate please message me. Submitted an 8 page document to be printed online, arrived a few hours later in-store to pick up. The manager who was working the register said that the printer wasn't working and to use a self-service print kiosk. I tried to get the file to work on the kiosk for 45 minutes with no success so I went to the register again. The woman working at the register looked for the prints and found them easily, printed hours earlier and just sitting there. She attempted to page the manager but she said he couldn't hear her because he wears headphones and that frustrates her. Better management needed and they should not be wearing headphones that impede communication with associates.

The store itself is conveniently located and staff inside the store are wonderful. The pharmacy staff on the weekend are great however M-F pharmacy staff never seem to give the correct meds and or don’t have them. Not to mention I waited 25 minutes as the pharmacist was late, not one I’m sorry for keeping you, not one apology. It’s pretty frustrating to have continual bad service.

This store’s manager has recently made it a policy to not accept Similac checks for infant formula. This is the first store I’ve been to in multiple states that will not accept this form of payment for formula. Unfortunate because there are so many young families in the area.

Hands-down the worst CVS I’ve ever encountered. The staff are friendly & seem to be hard-working so nothing against them, but who is doing the buying? 9 times out of 10 this store doesn’t have the (very common & basic) items I stop in for. Whether it’s milk, sugar, tortillas, OTC medication, medical equipment etc, this place will invariably not have it in stock. They also went months during this past summer with a broken freezer! I’m convinced this place is a front or something because there’s no way this is a legitimate retail store. It’s especially frustrating because this CVS is the only convenient store in/around Easton Park. I usuallt end up just making the drive to an HEB or Target because at least they’ll have what I need. What a waste of space.

Marilyn the Pharmacist went well above and beyond to help me when I mistakenly traveled without insulin. I also overheard her helping other customers with questions about how to correct scripts moved to other locations due to moving. She's a rock star!

I dealt with 3 associates at this location from pharmacy to front check out and everyone was very helpful and patient. I will definitely go out of my way to use this location again.
