be wary when using your coupons especially if you need to exchange an item purchased with the coupons

It’s nearly impossible for me to fill my prescriptions here. You can’t get through the answering machine. I recommend the Walgreens in Drip. Way more responsive, quicker on the refills, and better at answering their phones. Save yourself the headache and skip this CVS :(

Read the reviews. Incompetent filling staff. Inaccurately fill Dr prescribed prescriptions and over charge for quantity filled vs what was sent by physician. when pointed out there is no accountability by staff for any errors in order filling made. Called Dr office to confirm order sent and was error made at pharmacy. No solution given to remedy or accept accountability of error because that we left already and paid for items. (wife picked up for me) solution given is they could refill correctly and me pay for prescription again. Pick a new pharmacy.

Incompetent pharmacist and staff.
I specifically called and left a message about my prescription because it takes an hour round trip to pick it up from this location. The pharmacist called me back at 10am and said that they have my order and that I can come by around 2:30pm.
When I show up at 2:30pm, they tell me that there was an error with the order and that they haven't been able to get my Dr on the phone. I call my Dr office and get a hold of them in less than 10 minutes.
At this point, the Dr office said that they corrected the issue and would be calling the pharmacy as soon as we hung up. They call in but the staff member that was working the window is literally picking up the phone and hanging it up. I watch her do this multiple times.
I ask her if my Dr office called and the staff member responds that I need to speak to the pharmacist and nobody can answer that question except for the pharmacist.
When the pharmacist comes back from giving someone a vaccine, I ask them if my Dr office called and the same staff member yells out that nobody called. They then tell the pharmacist that he has a voicemail. Weird that nobody called and he simultaneously has a voicemail.
I call my Dr office and tell them to send the prescription to HEB at this point because I don't want to put my health in the hands of these incompetent fools.
With multiple pharmacies in the area, you would have to be out of your mind to risk having your prescriptions sent here. (I have heard that this location is closing down soon so that is probably why they are keeping this staff) I'll never use them again and I highly recommend that you use any of the other pharmacies in the area. FYI, The other pharmacies are also usually cheaper.
Edit: After I switched pharmacies, CVS now sent a decline that I had already received it and that I cannot receive my refill for another 30 days. I will be submitting a complaint to the Texas State Board of Pharmacy since they decided to go this route.

Went to pick up meds, it was a little before 1:30 when they close for lunch, a vehicle was in front of me, when I got to the window at 1:30 they said I had to come back. I would not use CVS ever again but company insurance requires it.

Not sure why people even use this cvs. This one is so expensive and the pharmacy is always closed for lunch , yet you can see them actually all working doing this time.
I would use the HEB down the road. They have friendlier staff and your money stays in TX.

Photos printed here have been turning out fuzzy and the colors are off. It almost seems like the printer is shaking while printing, or the machines need to be recalibrated or replaced. Luckily, the mediocre print quality was fine for this project, but I would not bother printing here until they improve photolab.

Came in tonight and the pharmacist and team were super helpful. Quickly filled an antibiotic prescription on the fly for me. Saw all the negative reviews. I had a very good experience and thought to share the good too.

Don’t put people on hold and then hang up the second you take them off hold

I'm a customer at this location. I used to get my prescription here. The experience was great in the beginning, but over time they sent to text messages saying my insurance didn't take or they didn't tell me my prescription was ready. I told the pharmacist and she didn't want to be held accountable for their employees actions or their own.I shop in here a lot. When the store was being rearrange and updates I heard a Manger tell someone they they're getting a write up for leaving a scanner on the floor to scan the new products in the slots. I was furious. This is not how you treat employees. I spoke to an employee that used to work there. Apparently they're always this is how they treat their employees. They're always understaffed. It's hard for them to keep customers and staff, because no one being getting treated fairly.

They won't answer the phone any day, every day. It's really hard to work with them.
